"Andaman is a beautiful place to be and it’s super safe too.. and on top of that people are very nice and polite.. so scenic beauty, fresh air and with good people around you, one can’t ask for more.. the welcom by itc, this property is very well Located and the ocean view from our room made it Look more beautiful, one gets the ocean in the background from swimming pool too.. so rooms were nice, breakfast area was rather smaller for its reputation, but no complaints.. staff and their service is really nice.. the entire island is a treat for city people.."

"After a disastrous stay at Silver Sand Sea Princess I was dreading this stay just as much! I really missed a beat when checking in as I hadn’t paid for the room so should’ve just cut my losses and stayed elsewhere. Unsurprisingly the WiFi wasn’t working when I arrived (same as the other Silver Sand Sea Princess) yet they have WiFi to take payment! Staff on reception couldn’t care less that you can’t get online. The woman even laughed when I said all I wanted to do was send a message to my husband to let him know I was ok (travelling solo). It took for the general manager to let me log onto his personal WiFi to send the message which I appreciated- thank you. I had requested a high floor room and this is what I was allocated. Sadly I wasn’t informed I would be sharing it with pigeons ratching around in the roof all day and then when they went to bed the bats came out! Sad to say sleep was extremely deprived that night 👎 Next day I requested to move to a ground floor room which I don’t like when I’m staying alone but at least I could have a decent nights sleep. My request was accommodated and that room was much quieter. 👍 However I did decide to move to another hotel for my last night as there’s not much to do in that area and I was bored stiff. On a positive the beach was nice and relaxing, food in the restaurant was good and staff (apart from Reception) were smiley and friendly. The 3 stars are for the food, staff and accommodating my room change."

"DO NOT BOOK TO GO HERE - THEY WILL NOT ADMIT THEY HAVE A PROBLEM BUT LOOK UP THE DEATH HERE DUE TO MAN EATING CROCODILES - THIS IS TOO NEAR A SANCTUARY AND THEREFORE DANGEROUS. The government also denies it. The numbers have massively escalated since the Tsunami. At worst they will have beaches closed if there is a sighting. Can you really relax on this beach with your eyes closed?! Evidence for Money reclaim: • Police will refuse to intervene – in the sea • “Survivors will be prosecuted” • Massive increase in crocodiles being ignored due to hiding the problem from tourists • Barefoot Resort itself has seen death of tourist • Andamans are seeing large increases in deaths • Even if not killed by crocodile, beaches are frequently closed if any sighting – hotel says recent sightings occur. • Barefoot Hotel is being negligent for our safety and concerns in refusing to give us a refund • No signs warning you not to go into the sea!!!
