Excellent séjour dans un appartement agréable,lumineux,à deux pas du centre ville.L’annonce ne précise pas qu’il est situé au troisième étage sans ascenseur et que la wi fi n’est pas disponible,elle ne stipule pas que le linge de lit et toilette n’est pas fourni hors saison estivale. Courtes et couvertures à améliorer.

Un appartement idéalement situé

L'appartement de Michel et Sabine se trouve à deux pas de la plage, des pistes cyclables et du port Ostréïcole. Idéalement situé il est aussi décoré avec goût. Les propriétaires se sont montré accueillants et attentionnés. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette station vivante, à taille humaine.

Week End Ascension à Andernos

Bel appartement très propre, conforme aux photos, bon emplacement on pose la voiture et on bouge à pieds ou vélo sur le centre ville et le bassin des ostréiculteurs. A signaler un très bon accueil des propriétaires.

Refugium im Zentrum von Andernos

Ein gut gepflegtes 2-stöckiges Appartement (Achtung steile Treppe) in einem 70iger Jahre Wohnbau, viele Bäume angrenzend und fußläufig ins Zentrum der kleinen Küstenstadt Andernos-les-Baines. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock ohne Lift, unter einer großzügigen Dachschräge, gut aufgeteilt. Für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Jugendliche ideal. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler Mikrowelle Herd und Backofen. Die Wohnung hat ein eher kleines Badezimmer und 2 Schlafzimmer, wobei eines im oberen Stock offen ist zum darunterliegenden Wohnraum/Küche. Sehr gemütlicher Balkon, dort kann man zu viert essen- mit Blick ins Grüne. Die Vermieter Michel und Sabine sind sehr nett und kümmern sich rührend um ihre Gäste. Man hat das Gefühl hier willkommen zu sein! Wir haben jeden Wunsch erfüllt bekommen, obwohl wir nicht französisch sprechen. Uns hat die Gegend- das Bassin von Arcachon- verzaubert. Man kann alles mit dem Rad erkunden, traumhafte saubere Strände ein paar Kilometer durch den Pinienwald mit dem Rad auf eigenen Radwegen erreichbar, herrliche Meeresfrüchte- Restaurants und freundliche nette Leute, nicht zu vergessen die Baguettes und Croissants und der gute Wein. Wir kommen wieder!!

Parfait pour un séjour réussi.

Accueillis très agréablement par les propriétaires, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'appartement, bien agencé et joliment décoré, est clair et lumineux. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse avec son mobilier de jardin, sans oublier le parking ombragé au pied de la résidence. La proximité de la plage et des commerces est un atout non négligeable pour cette belle résidence.

Séjour de 3 jours agréable

Accueil très agréable de Madame et Monsieur PINAULT. Duplex bien situé à proximité de la plage et des commerces d'Andernos dans une résidence calme et propre. L'appartement est très propre et bien équipé. La rue à proximité entraîne du bruit mais ça reste tolérable.

Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour chez Monsieur et Madame Pinault à Andernos Les Bains, une région riche en découverte....à pied, à vélo.... Les points positifs: Très bon accueil, appartement très propre , très bien équipé et bien situé (proche du centre ville et du bord de mer) Les points négatifs: ......Aucun..... Nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner..... pour une traversée en bateau du bassin....

Très beau séjour

Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour. Habitation top et propre ! Les propriétaires très agréables. Le seul bémol n'a rien à voir avec le logement mais avec le fait que la mer se retire très loin et qu'il ne faut pas louper le laps de temps possible pour se baigner. La ville d'Andernos est, malgré cela, très agréable.

Bien situé

Localisation idéale mais trop proche de la rue principale à notre goût et à sa circulation nocturne en période estivale. Tout est accessible à pied: commerces, club de voile, restaurants, cinéma....la plus belle plage est située à 1km à pied. Appartement joliment décoré.

Une villégiature très bien située.

Une villégiature très bien placée pour visiter Andernos puis le bassin d’Arcachon. M et Mme Pinault sont très accueillants. L’appartement est très bien équipé. Beaucoup de pistes cyclables, de sentiers pour se promener en plus de la proximité des plages, des commerces, des cabanes à huitres et d’une médiathèque très accueillante. Nous avons beaucoup découvert et apprécié notre séjour. Le lieu reste cependant un peu bruyant.
