"The property is cozy and decorated in a homey way. It looks like a home that has been decorated over years and travels. I love the live plants in the living room and the vibrant colors. It has a Tempurpedic type of bed which I do not find particularly comfortable. But, I usually get used to it the second night. The first night is rough. It is on the back side of the quadruplex so it is quiet with no traffic or backyard neighbors. This is my second time to rent this unit. I like it very much."

"Loved that we were so close to the water and the lake view. It was a very peaceful environment. We meet the neighbors across the street and they were an absolute pleasure and enjoyed visiting with them. They were very helpful as this was our first trip to that area. "We celebrated my father-in-law's 70th birthday with 13 people, ranging in age from six to ... 70. :) Everything was exactly as described. The kids and younger adults had a great time in the pool, and everyone enjoyed swimming in the lake and taking out the kayaks and paddleboard. It was nice to have so much space to spread out in, but even when we were all on a single floor, it felt like plenty of room. Would definitely rent the house for family again."

"What a great spot and space. The area was quiet and the unit was very comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. It's biking distance or a short drive to all the trailheads. The proximity to downtown was wonderful. Again a short walk or drive to downtown where there is ample free parking in the evenings. This certainly makes it easy for an after dinner ice cream and stroll. Even the Crystal Bridges Museum is only a 40 minute walk."

"The staff or rather, the family that owns and lives there is very nice. The room did have a couple of bed bed blood spatters on on the walls but I did not see any bugs in the room. The counters had not been fully wiped down in the bathroom and by the tv. The breakfast was really, really bad. I tried the biscuits and gravy but the sausage had turned. Then I tried cereal and the milk was bad... Overall, it was what I expected for $70 right outside of Bentonville."
