“If we had paid $150-200 per night for this tiny house, I might not say anything. But for $440 per night, there is a huge disconnect between price and value. At that price point, I would expect to be a lot more comfortable than we were. The bed is a tiny double mattress. The water smells like sewage, no bottled water was offered, and there is nowhere nearby to buy water, so we were very thirsty. Bathroom tile was mildewy, toilet was not fully cleaned and the bathroom floor was constantly……

“Communication was excellent. The place was as described. Only recommendations i have is to have the directions of how everything works listed inside the camper and, maybe have washcloths and extra toilet paper. The place is secluded . The camper was very clean and the bedding and linens as well as the bed was super comfortable.”

“Property is as advertised and was amazing . Perfect for a quick get away or over night visit to area. So clean and new. Everything you need. 30 minutes from colleges. Definitely recommend. Be wary as there is no cellular service in area but WiFi in cabin is great!”

“Cabin was spotless and Michael was super accommodating. He answered messages quickly and made sure we felt at home.”

“Our stay at the farmhouse was excellent. Our family enjoyed the dinners around the large dining room table and the s’mores at the fire pit one evening. Using the grill was easy; everything needed was there for cooking and cleaning. Grabbed a 1860 book at a nearby Hobart bookstore, enjoyed lunch from the Bakers Grimm in Delhi and dinner another night at a brewery in Cooperstown following an hour drive to the baseball hall of fame. The layout of the farmhouse was nice with the three bedrooms. My……

“The house is a great fit size wise and room wise for a large group. Our 4 families each had private space and also found the common areas perfect for the group to gather around. However, the hot tub consistently had problems staying on. Because of this it also didn't filter well and was cloudy by the second day. This is the second year staying here with problems with the hot tub.”

“Great place to stay. Very clean. Owners were friendly and accommodating. There's chickens roaming, I bet they'd give you a couple eggs if you ask. Super nice people. I would definitely stay again”

“住宿很OK 跟房东交谈付宠物费的时候有感觉不是很好.”

“Nice venue and owner is very nice and lives in the house that is attached. He needs to make some adjustments. We hope this is helpful to him. Most important, he absolutely needs to dump the mattress that is on the bed. It is not supportive. It's way too soft and I woke up each morning with a very hurting back. Other things: need to get a non slip mat for the shower. Needs to leave written instructions with the wifi code. Needs to add tissue boxes. Needs to add an extension cord so that you can……

“We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. The house is charming spacious, and had more than enough room for our group. The property itself is stunning, with a gorgeous view of the mountains that made it a perfect place to relax. The jacuzzi was a great bonus and the perfect way to unwind after a day out. Our host was exceptionally responsive and communicative, making everything from check-in to check-out easy and stress-free.If you’re looking for a peaceful, comfortable place with……
