Two night trip to Andorra

The hotel is in a great central location in Andorra la Vella with the added bonus of access to an underground car park. Rooms are spacious and the communal areas are very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Service and food in the restaurant were excellent.

Too Nice to Complain

One of the best hotel rooms I've stayed in as someone who is used to more in the moderately priced hotels. Great value for USD. Spacious, clean, and well-appointed room. Was able to check in as soon as I walked from the bus station at about 13:30. Great location. Didn't check out the facilities but thought it was odd that there was no wall art in an "Arthotel".

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer gebucht und es war schön groß und hatte ein tolles Bad, Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Crêpe Suzette war hervorragend. Das Frühstück hatte eine sehr gute Auswahl, reichhaltig, viel Gemüse und Obst, Sehr schön ist der Wanderweg am Berg rund um Andorra da Vella. Das Tourismus Büro hat gute Wanderkarten und Tipps für ganz Andorra. Die Stadt ist insgesamt sehr laut. Unangenehm war um Mitternacht, vorallem am Samstag stundenlanges fahren mit aufheulendem Motor durch das Tal. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Das öffentliche Parken mit dem Auto war in unmittelbarer Nähe (unterhalb des Hotels). Der Aufzug ging direkt ins Hotel. Das war sehr angenehm.

Une perle !

Hôtel magnifique, service excellent, parking à proximité. Je recommande cet hôtel. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner et la petite attention en fin de séjour, très appréciable. Rien que pour ça, si on me demande une adresse à Andorre, je recommande l'ARTHOTEL.

Génial

Les personnes à l’accueil ont été parfaites. Très à l’écoute, aimables et souriantes. Très professionnelles. La taille de la chambre standard est largement suffisante. Nous n’y sommes absolument pas à l’étroit. Le petit déjeuner est « archi » complet. Le personnel est là aussi très sympathique.
