The property and everything was clean. Decent breakfast nice variety to choose from. Staff was great. The only issue we had was the pool water and temp in pool area was to cool to enjoy. we asked staff said it was at 80 but we have a pool without heat and it wasn't 80. They were nice polite and told us to enjoy. Maybe it's policy but it could have been bumped or at least offered. It was 1 of our reasons for leaving a dy early, without the pool to enjoy it wasn't worth another evening .

We stayed at this hotel for four nights last week. We had four adults and 2 children with us. The hotel was nice. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. There was only one tv in the room. It was in the sitting area. It would have been nice to have a second tv by the beds. But, it wasn’t a big deal. They offered free breakfast. It was the basic free breakfast that you would expect. They had eggs, sausage, waffles an assortment of breads , cereal and drinks. It wasn’t anything special. They did not have a restaurant or bar. However, they did sell alcohol at the front desk. There was an assortment of beers, seltzers ect. It was very convenient! The drinks were around $7 each. The hotel had a pool that my grandchildren loved. It also had an exercise room and an outdoor area with tables and chairs. I loved that it had an outdoor area but I wish that it had a fire table or heaters because it was very chilly outside. There were also outdoor walking paths that my husband and I loved. The very best thing about this hotel were the two young ladies working the front desk. Their names were Ressa and Emely. They were absolutely wonderful! They made us feel like family. They were so sweet, friendly and helpful! We dealt with other employees while we were there. They were all nice and hospitable. But these two were top notch!! I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

We had a very positive experience! Food was great. Eggs at breakfast were cooked correctly and not over seasoned. Good selection, even plain yogurt which is hard to find. Plenty of fixings for oatmeal. Coffee was fresh. Great stock for snacks and drinks for purchase on site. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was very clean. We travel frequently to the area to see family and we will be back. The value was excellent compared to any place we've stayed. Thank you!
