「It is hard to find the bathroom light switch in the dark. An easy fix, but not a great greeting after a long trip. The room was clean but an extra blanket would be nice. I would suggest that you use the word "precisely....at 8:30." Our breakfast was fresh and hot, but another couple came down later after their plates had been served on the table long before they arrived. I don't find any excuse for that. Breakfast was decent but hardly chef-prepared. We learned to ask questions about...

「Beautiful on campus location made the visit very simple and enjoyable」

「Breakfast area is small, not enough tables and chairs」

「Room was clean and front desk staff provided good customer service」

「Dirty, gross, guy at the desk walks around with no shoes or socks everywhere. It smells like death. Look at mattress with no sheets and you'll leave」

「Terrible. Small and very unclean」

「This property is in a sad state of decline...wouldn't recommend to my worst friend」

「The room was clean but smelled terribly of cigarette smoke and there were some very unpleasant people shouting and swearing in the lobby the next morning」

「The staff was so awesome! Everyone was really sweet and respectful. The breakfast was the best variety I've seen in years. Clean rooms, great price. Very pleased! Highly recommend!」
