For shared use: swimming pool (70 m2, depth 90 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Mar. - 15.Nov.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Wir waren angenehm überrascht. Alles war in bester Ordnung und unser Urlaub hätte nicht schöner sein können. Traumhafter Ausblick, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Strand in Sant Elm fußläufig zu erreichen. Für den kleinen Einkauf ist auch ein Mini Markt vor Ort. Wir kommen gerne wieder

"Une vue exceptionnelle"

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ,l'accueil s'est très bien passé et le grand balcon donne une vue magnifique sur Sa Dragonera et la mer. La piscine était très bien, cependant les appartements bien qu'ils soient bien équipés commence à vieillir, la literie n'est pas très bonne et le manque de climatisation se fait vite ressentir même s'il y a le vent du large. Mais la vue nous fait vite oublié tout ça, d'autant plus que le village de Sant Elm est très agréable pour s'y promener, et les petites criques à proximités de la résidence, nous permettent de faire du Snorkeling .
