「Old and worn out. The elevator goes so slow and is hot, it needs to be updated. Some woman had a dog who pooped all over the report twice in front of our room. The maids didn’t come and clean the room the first day even after calling and being told they would come. We had no towels so they made me fill out a form and go to the front desk and get pool towels to use and if I don’t return them I would be charged. We will never stay here again. The website is very deceiving. Don’t eat at the country...

「The stay was great. Especially for the price. Great working washer and dryer. Clean. Easy shuttle service right outside. There were a few dirty dishes- looked like they’d gone through the dishwasher, just didn’t come clean. Not the best kitchen supplies, but had everything for cooking meals. We’d stay again for sure!」

「Horribly dirty! Hair in beds, most dishes and flatware had food remnants on them, overly decorated to the point of being extremely cluttered. Mattresses were blatantly worn out with deep valleys in both bedroom beds. Everyone's back hurt every morning. 」

「I really am disappointed that I was not told that this unit was part of an open air complex that had multiple steep steps without adequate railing that were safe inside and outside the building, and going through sets of doors with luggage, that ended up staying in the car, because I could not carry them without fears of risks of falling. I am a Senior with degenerative disc disease and severe osteoporosis with high risk of fracture and this on the stairs was not conveyed. There was debris from...
