Worst apartment/ Terrible experience/ insane deal

Worst and terrible ever hotel/room experience in my whole life . Abandoned house/unit. No lock/no keys, «caretaker» (?) suggested that we dont need keys because they can stay outside for security. This is insane! Get away to this scam deal. Its just a waste of money. We need to find another hotel to stay.

I like the part where the place is quiet. But overall, I am disappointed because it says there's a Wifi which is not working at the time we stayed there. You need to pay more if you want to use their swimming pool but it says in the ads there is access to the main pool which is not operating when we get there. There are a lot of insects and the mattress is not fitted to the bed frame they added extra foam to look like the mattress is whole.

Bug infested, no shower, juat a knee high faucet, I had to ask for a pail & dipper, no hot water, no towels, no toiletries.AC's cold air in the br couldn't reach the living rm downstsirs

I like the place. So relaxing and had a good quality time with family. Though d resort is not yet open but the serenity of the place makes me relax all the time of our stay. Good place for those who wants to escape the busy life in the city.

the picture of the Amber Trail resort and residences in view of hotel booking. com is nice, so i booked, upon my check in personally the amber trail resort is not the same as i saw picture online, im so shocked the place is looking like a abundant place and i am the only guest there, and it looks like scared the surrounding,so i didn’t stay at the Amber trail resort that day.

I accidentally booked my hotel here while attempting to book a room in the Philippines. I called customer service immediately and they helped me book the right property and said they would work to correct the mistake so i wasnt charged for a room where i didnt stay. However i only received an email saying i couldn't be refunded. I've used travelocity exclusively for a few years now and expected a better resolution. I will never use travelocity again and will tell of of my friends and family to not use your service also.

Satisfied!

Very great service, nice room, nice people, no WiFi so bring your own. Music outside was very loud and some loud chainsaw noise can be heard from the room. But overall, nice place!
