Escapade à Angers

Sejour tres court mais nous a permis de decouvrir Angers que nous ne connaissio s pas. Avons été enthousiasmé par le chateau en particulier la visite guidée de la tapisserie de l apocalypse qui est une oeuvre epoustouflante. Decouverte du vieil angers et de ses maisons histriqures tres belles Nous reviendrons pour decouvrir la region plus longuement et apprecier ses specialites culinaires.

Bourgonnier 19 "Beaucoup de défauts 🙂 Le studio est correctement aménagé et surtout très propre ce qui est à noter. 🙁 Par contre l'accueil inexistant, via SMS rend toute difficulté difficilement gérable. Et il y en a eu. En premier l'immeuble est très mal rénové par une copropriété, le ""parking"" vendu comme un plus est difficilement et dangereusement praticable pour les voitures (arbres coupés et bitum soulevé par des racines) et l'ouverture du portail rendu ""mission impossible"" ( ou presque) du fait d'un badge cassé. Donc tout ceci rend le séjour nettement moins agréable."

Bourgonnier 19 "Points positifs: - parking sécurisé/localisation/calme/disponibilité de la personne en charge du logement/literie Points négatifs: - très mal isolé (air froid passant par fenêtre et plaintes) - lave-vaisselle dans l'annonce inexistant - trou dans la douche où de l'eau s'écoule dans le mur : sécurité et santé ?! (odeur de forte humidité et gonflement de la plainte) - l'annonce laisse entendre que la résidence est privée et sécurisée mais la porte d'entrée donnant sur la rue est en permanence ouverte, ne peut se fermer à clef - ménage moyen (tâches de gras et nourriture sur poignées frigo, tiroirs, table, vaisselle) - même si les instructions étaient bien faites, déception de ne pas être accueilli physiquement par la personne (très gentille au demeurant). A reclarifier dans l'annonce - certains meubles sont brinquebalants et on n'ose pas trop y toucher (étagère entrée, meuble frigo, petite table) - panne chauffe-eau sans retour/excuse du proprio (dernière nuit heureusement)"
