En godt beliggende lejlighed midt i centrum. Når man kommer ind i gården til lejligheden er der helt stille og roligt. I gården er der en smuk og velplejet have. Lejligheden er god og velfungerende med lækkert udstyr til 2 mennnesker.
Eneste lille problem er parkeringsmulighed til bilen. Man kan holde på en parkeringsplads tæt på til timetakst (dog gratis om natten) eller parkeringshus lidt længere væk fra lejligheden.
