Excellent hotel, very new and very clean. The only problem was no air conditioning , there was a table fan but no convenient place to put it.

Modern, very comfortable accommodation. Pleasant reception staff. Really handy location very close to railway station and city centre. Very nice breakfast room with a good choice of continental breakfast items, beautifully laid out. Only downside was very limited choice of cooked food - only sausages and (poorish) scrambled eggs.

Room amenities like a clean every few days instead of making a client pay extra. We stayed 6 nights. Breakfast of E18 per person is steep unless you’re overnight only. Parking is E60+ Some front desk staff very helpful while othered aren’t. Service should consistent. Only good thing about hotel is location- very central.

Nice and clean friendly staff good price it’s just quite basic in the rooms. We stopped on way from Nantes - channel tunnel for a night found some nice bars it was Sunday so only a couple open but still had lovely evening in the sun

Nice and quite new hotel 5’ walk from Angers St-Laud station, opposite side of the main entrance. Large apartment style room with kitchen amenities and a separate bedroom, good for a couple with one kid/adult who could sleep on the sofa in the living-room. One remark I made was about the (lightly foul) smell in my room which I couldn’t get rid of.

Comfortable and reasonable location

Comfortable bed and the kitchenette was adequate for small snacks. Close enough for the city centre. Underground carpark with about 25 spaces but costs extra. Staff friendly and helpful. Some noise from the nearby railway line but NOT so much as to disturb sleep (we had the window open as it was hot weather. No air-con but the hotel had provided a portable fan.

Convenient location, large enough rooms and bathroom. Wasn’t enamoured with climbing into bath for a shower. If there was a bathroom with a shower I might ask for it next time. Helpful staff but everything else is an extra cost even daily room cleaning which will be 40 Euros. It was quiet except for the Saturday night.

Chambre et état général très propre. Personnel très sympathique. Par contre la gare et les voies ferrées juste en bas de la chambre, c’était beaucoup trop bruyant pour une chambre ´d’hôtel… Il faudrait revoir l’isolation phonique du double vitrage…

Hôtel très bruyant si vous êtes côté gare. Mais le problème principal est que nous n’avons quasiment pas eu d’eau chaude pendant 3 jours. Ça a été signalé à la réception mais on nous a dit que c’était normal. C’est très drôle de voir tous les affichages pour faire attention à la planète dans l’hôtel. Mais visiblement aucun problème pour eux qu’il faille faire couler l’eau 20 minutes pour avoir de l’eau chaude. Et en plus très peu de pression. Mais ça aussi ils n’y peuvent rien…

Beaucoup mieux

Mon premier séjour était pas top. 2 serviettes pour une semaine1 grande 1 petite et pas de serviette pour les mains. J’ai demandé on m’a dit qu’on en donne pas plus. J’ai dû insister pour en avoir. Il fallait aussi quémander à l’accueil le nécessaire pour la vaisselle. Le deuxième séjour rien à dire. Ils ont même évité de me mettre dans une chambre en 13. Merci. Et l’accueil était plus agréable. J’avais même les produits vaisselle directement dans la chambre. Merci pour ça aussi.
