At the start of the Great Ocean Road. Adjacent to Coogarah Park and 3 mintue walk to river for fishing and boating.
Short FLAT walk to village cafes and supermarket, river and beach.

Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite
Second Master bedroom with king bed and single/day bed , ensuite and spa bath.
3rd bedroom with queen bed.
4th bedroom with 2 sets of bunks plus trundle bed (5 beds).
Third full bathroom in one wing of the house.
Spa/Pool Games room is available on approval for an additional direct $100 per day
All bedrooms are separate from each other.
The house can accommodate up to 12, suitable for 3 couples and 6 children.
A further double mattress is available with the games room
Porta cots (2) available, all bedrooms have room for a cot.
Full kitchen with dishwasher and laundry with washer and dryer
