Billiards, 60 inch TV with SKY-HD in living room and 3 more 40-inch televisions in bedrooms. Balcony with hammocks. 4 parking spaces. All rooms have split air conditioning, the living room and the kitchen are also air conditioned with 40,000 Btus Air. The house comfortably accommodates 17 people. Washing machine. The rent includes bed linen and domestic services, including for cooking. The house is located on the seafront overlooking Ilha Grande, close to the center of Angra dos Reis and Marina Verolme (10 minutes by car) where there are several restaurants and place for boat rentals. There is a pier, exclusive to the house, for large boats to dock. It has a leisure area with integrated swimming pool and a large green area.
The house also has 4 polyethylene kayaks, one for two people and the other three for one person.

Due to the large number of electronic appliances (7 Split Air Conditioner, freezer, refrigerator ...) in the house, the employee of the house will charge the energy consumption earned at the time of your stay. This average consumption is fifty reais per day.
