“We had a terrible experience. This property is not managed 24h. The owner comes by only when it's needed. Their check-in time is 4 pm and the owner told us the reception closes at 4:30 pm which gave us 30 min window to check-in. We had to rush to get the keys. She told us she would leave her contact information and useful links for the property to our phone and email but we never received it. She said she lives 15 min away and will come by when it's needed. We mentioned that we will have to……

“Never left a review before but felt this was absolutely needed. What a superb hotel, I’ve stayed in many 5* all inclusive but this is at the top. Service exceptional, food quality was exquisite, I went for the swim up room which was just perfect - I have absolutely no faults and would recommend and come back again in the future. What a fantastic stay. Room 109.”

“We had a great stay at Creta Maris Resort. The all inclusive setup makes it super relaxing – you don’t have to think about anything and can fully unwind. Most staff were friendly and helpful, except for one or two at Enomy Restaurant whose English made communication tricky, and the luggage staff who seemed a bit indifferent. Food-wise, I recommend booking the à la carte restaurants. Buffets offer variety but are average in quality. Enomy has more choices than Estia. We tried Alatsi – excellent……

“Great stay. The employees are extremely kind and caring and are very helpful. The amenities are great; the buffet at breakfast and dinner have excellent varieties. The pool area is good for relaxing and the 2 min walking distance from the beach is also very convenient. Overall a wonderful place to stay. Recommend 10/10 and great value for money”

“We had a luxe swim up room, everything was super clean and well kept facilities. Very friendly staff! They set you up with a mobile app upon arrival that was also very helpful if you’re worried about a language gap. The buffet food was very good and you can also pay for à la carte meals at one of four restaurants! So worth the stay”

“This hotel is not a 5* Hotel. The hotel is completely out dated and would benefit for a re inspection by the Hellenic Ministry of Tourism and reclassification. The room was in a dangerous condition overall with the balcony the most concerning. The rooms are very old fashioned and outdated. The balcony had several H&S concerns including nails and an uneven surface. The balcony wood also splinters and has not been varnished or looked after. Part of the balcony would lift up if stood in the wrong……

“Service is great. But property itself is very ran down. Broken windows , air conditioners are on a last HP. They need to be renovated big time. Well anyways I am not sure if whole Crete is like this or it’s just this hotel but I wouldn’t pay this money again to stay here. If it was half the price I would consider.”
