"The place was very dirty. Bad smell as soon you walk in. There were no towels in the bathroom and no floor mats. Very dirty chairs. Overall I do not recommend this place. "

"We stayed here as part of a Jordan road trip we did as a family. We rented a car, so we stayed here for a night so that we could visit Jerash first thing in the morning instead of making it a day trip from Amman (I wanted to a avoid driving there if possible). The location is super convenient and parking easy - just pull in front of the hotel. We were less than a five minute walk from the site entrance. At 8am we had the site almost to ourselves - most crowds don't show up until 10. Our rooms (the family suite) were super clean and comfortable - the beds were extremely comfy, and the AC worked great. Breakfast was also excellent. What really stood out though was our host, Ismail. He was extremely helpful the entire stay, and went above and beyond what I expected. When we arrived, our daughter was feeling quite sick. He directed me to a pharmacy (just a few stores down), offered to take us to a hospital if needed, and even said we could wake him in the middle of the night if we needed to go to a doctor later, and he would help us with everything. We also would have needed to fully check out by 10am the next day, but he offered to let us stay another night for free if our daughter still was not well. Luckily we didn't need to take advantage of that but the offer was absolutely sincere. Ismail was so generous and kind, above what anyone would expect. For anyone staying in Jerash (do it!), stay here and you won't be disappointed. My daughter says she gives it 100 stars."

"Relaxing, beautiful, spacious home with stunning views and incredible hospitality. Ussama, Andie and their team made our 4-day stay amazing. The home is well stocked and very clean. Beds are so comfortable. They breakfasts are delicious as were the homemade treats that were in the refrigerator upon our arrival. We explored Amman, Madaba, the Dead Sea, and Northwestern Jordan with ease using the home as a base to relax in the morning and evenings out of the hustle and bustle of the more congested city areas. Staff is on site to help with luggage, etc. Dinners and breakfast are available for a reasonable extra charge and are tasty and plentiful. We loved our stay! Only regret is we didn’t stay there longer❤️"
