great hotel in nice location
Lovely hotel, in a beautiful setting very quiet location in anjuna. The service was excellent & Gaudi on reception will allways attend to your needs. Would highly reccomend this hotel if you are planning to stay in Anjuna.

Not great customer service
The hotel asked my friends to pay up for stay when actually this place was paid during booking. A lot of confusion happened due to this. My friends paid up a day later got it refunded after hotels.com spoke to hotel etc. overall my friends rated it very ok ok. Only location is good.
