Genel olarak iyiydi. Sadece oda kartlarının manyetiği sık bozuluyor nerdeyse her odadan çıktıktan sonra tekrar resepsiyona uğramak gerekiyor. Odanın kapısı kilitlenmiyordu. Meyva tabağı süprizi güzeldi . Konumu da güzel bir otel genel olarak tavsiye ederim

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de la zona comercial y de restaurantes.. Es un hotel bonito pero no es nuevo. La atención buena y el desayuno buffet es muy completo. El inconveniente que tuvimos fue con el aire acondicionado que no funcionaba y no pudieron arreglarlo durante nuestra estancia.

Tired and in need of refurbishment and new staff.

Unfriendly and unwelcoming from the start. Rooms not ready by the stated time (2pm) - reluctantly allowed us to use their health spa small changing room to change our clothes. No cubicles available for privacy. The room smelt of cigarette smoke which made me wheeze. Everytime someone flushed the toilet in rooms above me the pipes gurgled loudly. The airconditioning did not work - it would only heat the room which was already hot and the answer to our enquiry was 'open a window' which then meant the room was very noisy. Light fittings above the bedside were positional - move them slightly and the light switched off. Mould in the shower and general grime in corners. No extraction working in the shower room. Sink unclean. Breakfast included but some of the food was not fresh (bread dry for example). Coffee unpleasant. Reception staff on arrival were unhelpful but their handyman was pleasant and helpful.

Rahat fakat odalarin camlari aylardır silinmemis, dışarıyı çok zor görüyorduk. Duş tavaninin alcilari duşa düşüyordu, neyseki son gun görevliler gelip yapti. En onemli konu da isiklar her 25 saniyede bir kapanip aciliyor. Banyolarda ayna ustu beyaz isik kullanilsa daha iyi olur, çünkü ışık yetersiz. Bu küçük detaylar önemli, bir dahaki sefer geldigimde bu eksikler düzelmiş olursa daha iyi olur.

The worst hotel ever in Turkey and the World!!

Wifi never worked in the room. They never provide any receipt although I requested many times for my company. They asked me additional charge after I completed my payment. Almost every staff speak poor English and I could not communicate with them at all. I never stayed such bad hotel ever.

Is icin 5 gun boyunca konakladim. Odalar cok temizdi. Sabah kahvaltisi ise mukemmeldi. Bir sonraki Ankara'ya gidisimde yine tercih edecegim otel olacaktir.

Otel konum olarak gezmeye uygun bir yerde on göre gürültüsü de var. Tuvaletleri çok enginde uzun boylular için sorun olabilir. Sigara içilmeyen oda istememize rağmen verilen odada çok yoğun sigara kokusu vardi çok rahatsız etti. Son olarak kahvaltısı fena değildi ve çalışanlar genel olarak güleryüzlüydü. Tekrar gelmeyi düşüneceğim bir otel değil.

Girişte ilgi alaka anlamında iyi davrandılar, ancak oda konusunda bazı problemler vardı. Banyo imkanları açısından duş başlığı problemliydi, duş kapısı disari su sızdırıyordu, duş jeli veya şampuan olup olmadığına emin olmadığım tek bir ürün mevcuttu. Yatak kısmına gelince yorgan/çarşaf düzensizdi, neredeyse yorgan içinden çıkacaktı. Çarşafın üzerinde bazı lekeler de mevcuttu. İnternet olanaklarına gelince kablosuz bağlantı gözükmesine rağmen ne telefonla ne bilgisayarla bağlantı sağlayamadım. TV yayını kötüydü ve çok az kanalda yayın mevcuttu. Bu özellikte bir oda için ücret biraz yüksekti.
