The front desk staff didn’t speak English and i had trouble communicating. The hotel manager promised me several times and no action was done to solve my problem. Very disappointed on their services and promised solutions. I was also a platinum member and no efforts were done to welcome us.

Nice hotel
The room was great and clean. The staff were nice and helpful. The lady at the desk told me the restaurant is closed but I recognized they got some guests from outside and they were still serving breakfast.

One of the greatest place to stay in Ankara
Best experience I’ve ever had in Ankara, I was there before 2 times but different hotels but this one it was the best of them and one of the greatest place to stay in Ankara, I had a nice room clean and tidy comfortable as well , staff were really kind helpful, location was near to panora mall and best of restaurants in Ankara, definitely this hotel will be my first choice if I go back there
