「Great location. Very clean. Awesome shower!」

「Super cute apartment above a bar/restaurant. We are at the restaurant under it the first night, and the food is really good. The first night we stayed there was a Tuesday, so the bar was closed. The second night it was open and kind of loud but closed at midnight so nothing crazy. Love the apartment. I missed an email from the owner with the door code, but he responded quickly. Super cute neighborhood with walking to lots of shops and restaurants. 」

「Accommodations were very nice, clean, and comfortable. Kathy was a wonderful host - responsive throughout the process and really went above and beyond to help with an unexpected last minute luggage “crisis”. Kathy’s home will be first on our list for return trips. Thank you!!! 」

「The property was listed as two beds. There is one bed that is more like a full size cot; not really appropriate for two adults. The other bed that is listed is an air mattress that is offered by request. I don’t consider that a real bed when renting a rather expensive place to stay. Other things to note is you have to pick up the key to the place in a lock box that is nearly two miles away, which isn’t convenient - particularly on busy weekends. Also, there was quite a bit street noise...

「We had no heat all day Sunday when it was single digits outside. I asked where the thermostat was at noon and got excuses all day. At 4:00 I sent a message saying that we'd give them one hour and then we'd have to leave as it was freezing cold. Finally, at 6 p.m. someone showed up to turn on the heat in the downstairs apartment where it had been turned off by the tenants who had moved out suddenly. The property manager tried to blame me for not getting back with him to tell him we hadn't closed...

「We rented this property due to its close proximity to The Ark. It is within easy walking distance to all downtown shops, etc. The property was very clean and exactly as advertised. We would gladly stay there again.」

「This was a beautiful little apartment! I loved the design, and the delicious coffee that was provided. My only note was that it was VERY loud outside the room late at night, being in the heart of the college district. While I believe this was noted in the listing, I didn't realize quite how loud it would be! I purchased some ear plugs for my second night and slept really well on the very comfortable bed... so would just strongly recommend those ear plugs!」
