「To be clear, we were happy with our stay, this charming studio apartment exceeded our expectations and we will return. The record player and books in lieu of TV is a nice touch. However, there is some room for improvement. The location is great but it comes with late night college revelers so earplugs are provided, but the noise did not bother us, a few simple patches here and there, add a few more good classic records and some relevant local literature, a guide book or two on the book...

Pictures do not do the apartment justice; it was clean, attractive, and well-furnished with everything we could have needed (e.g. extra towels and blankets, water and snacks upon arrival, etc.). 「The property was listed as two beds. There is one bed that is more like a full size cot; not really appropriate for two adults. The other bed that is listed is an air mattress that is offered by request. I don’t consider that a real bed when renting a rather expensive place to stay. Other things to note is you have to pick up the key to the place in a lock box that is nearly two miles away, which isn’t convenient - particularly on busy weekends.
