Nestled in the lower Water Hill neighborhood, our 1890 charmer is just 2 blocks from Main Street, Downtown Ann Arbor, the University of Michigan campus is within a 20 minute walk, and the football stadium is only about 1.6 miles away (~30 minutes walking). Everything at your fingertips here! Conveniently close to grocery stores, highway, public transport, multiple parks, the Huron River, and more. We hope you'll fall in love with our space and our town just as we have.

  • If you are ever lucky enough to attend a Michigan Football game, do it! The atmosphere is incredible and you’re surrounded by 110,000 plus if your closest friends :) Try to tailgate before the game! Bring a car to the golf course early as it fills up fast! There is a no bag policy so make sure you have pockets! It may not look huge from the outside but when you walk in you’re at row 70 out of 96! So there is a long way down to walk!

Great house to nearby U of M and Main Street A2. Would highly recommend and good parking space in back, end of driveway. We drove to move in my daughter to college and had a XL SUV. No issues. We also walked a lot to main campus, Main St restaurants and shops as well as touring the entire area. Very safe and quiet, peaceful neighborhood.

We loved staying at this sweet Ann Arbor house! There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and we really appreciated the deck and beautiful garden. Lots of places for us to all hang out together. The location was great- an easy walk to campus and old haunts from our collegiate youth.
