In the middle of the action!

We went for the Michigan vs Texas game and we were right in front of Fox Sports and 800 feet from the stadium entrance. Couldn't have hoped for a better location!!!!! Definitely recommend!

Amazing Stay at Comfy Home

My Crew stayed here for a job at Michigan Stadium. This Place was great for us, Even though we were here for a job. We felt right at home, Everything we needed was here along with a great host to accommodate us. I would recommend this place for a Family as well. Everything is near to house with lots to do. thank you again for letting us stay at your Comfy Home.

Great Family Thanksgiving

Everything was great with this property. It was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4. We would definitely stay here again (when Michigan is playing out of town)!

A great location and a pleasant stay.

Our overall experience in the house was good. You can't beat the location if you are attending a UofM football game - its half a block from the stadium. The house can use a few more appointments to increase the guest's comfort, enjoyment, and safety. Grab bars in all the showers would help older guests and maybe those not so old. Hooks or towel bars to accommodate two bath towels would be very convenient. One or two table cloths or a set of six to eight place mats for the kitchen table. Salt and pepper shakers, paper napkins, and sticky wrap (e.g. Glad) are staples we have seen in most houses we have rented. A luggage stand and a chair in each of the bedroom would save tired backs and wean people off of sitting on the bed.

Great place, awesome location

You can see the Big House from the driveway! We were staying for move in at U Mich with our daughter, not for game weekend, but the location was perfect nonetheless. The home has a great layout, a cozy feel and had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were super responsive, and we would stay again in the future. Recommended without hesitation!

Comfy and clean

House was clean, beds were super comfortable! The bedding was nice and fluffy. One car garage, you can squeeze two cars in driveway potentially but keep in mind it's a shared driveway (duplex) and there is no street parking, house on main road. I'm sure it said somewhere in the listing, it was just cumbersome coordinating drop off of stuff. Some people had to park on adjacent street and walk back to house. They could benefit from having another fridge in the basement for beverage storing purposes but we made it work! Would recommend.

Fun Weekend

This was a solid place to stay. We were easily able to walk to the Crisler Center for a Michigan basketball game. The house was also a good place just to hang out as well.

Next to the BIG HOUSE

About as close to the BIG HOUSE as you could get without being on the field. Coffee shop just a few feet away was nice as well. House was clean and beds were comfortable. House could use a little bit of TLC, coat closet door on main floor did not work and only three hangers in the entire house. Screen door to back deck was jamed and kitchen window did not work properly. Also only had a couple of pots to cook with, could of had a couple of casserole cooking containers would have been helpful. Carpet did appear to be fairly new and had proper blankets & towels. If you are at UofM for a football game this would be a great location, we were in town for Christmas. I would stay here again, but hope the owner makes the few repairs. THANKS

Good value hour within a mile or so of both campus and downtown. Good for the price point!
