Comfy at its best

We had to rent this at the last minute and it worked for us. Checking in was pretty easy and the place was very clean. But make no mistake, it a 2 bedroom 1 bath, with a very tight bathroom. 4 adults up for a game in Ann Arbor was a challenge. The rooms heat up a bit, but you can open the windows. The place is much cleaner inside than the outside would suggest. In a pinch this worked okay.

Great place.

Spent the month there while working at UofM. Great place, walking distance to the hospital. Safe area. Would stay again. Very accommodating.

Graduation Stay

Definitely a communication problem with Stay Arbor and VRBO as my booking confirmation, which I booked in Sept 2021, does not match where we actually stayed and originally booked. Also, I was charged an extra night which I will be taking up with my credit card if not corrected. With that said, the location is convenient to campus, not walking distance but a very short drive. The exterior of the building could be cleaned up a bit - lots of clutter around and doesn't match the interior. The interior was clean, uncluttered and easy to get comfortable in the space. The beds were comfortable and shower looks brand new. Kitchen has all of the basics, a Keurig machine, and laundry. In the end, we were happy with our stay but we will think again about using VRBO/Stay Arbor in the future if the payment issue is not corrected.
