The upstairs brand-new kitchen boasts new Smeg appliances including an all-important
De Longhi coffee machine. The kitchen is very well-equipped with everything you need
while on holiday whether baking up a storm or cooking up a feast.
The open plan lounge and dining area becomes the central gathering area with both a
front and back balcony offering a cool coastal breeze throughout. The back balcony
extends out to include a lounge area, ideal for either your morning coffee or evening
drinks. A large 75” HDTV is located in the lounge with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney
Plus, a speaker and sound bar ensures you have your tv series and entertainment
covered.
The sleeping area upstairs offers:
• A Queen bedroom, with a generous bank of built-in drawers and hanging space

• Two King Single bunk bedrooms, both with plenty drawer and hanging storage;

No loud late noise after 10pm
and the house MUST be looked after and left tidy.
Failure to adhere to our terms and house rules will result in large fees.
This property is managed locally by the manager, Jaymie, living in the area. Jaymie will
be available should you have any questions during your stay
