Welcome to Palm Beach at AMI. This custom built, 5 Bedroom 4.5 Bath, home with Heated Pool and Spa will make you feel relaxed the moment you arrive. The 3,200 sq ft, home has plenty to offer while allowing space for family and friends. Located on the quiet North Shore of the Island, the home sits one house from the beach for short trips back and forth. Enjoy a beautiful beach view from the porch while having coffee, cocktails or dining alfresco. Take a refreshing swim in the Shaded Heated Pool and Spa while hosting the perfect event with family and friends. Enjoy grilling out or dining at local restaurants that are only a few blocks away. The home has been professionally decorated and is fully furnished. No expense has been spared with wood flooring, marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinetry. The dining table seats 10 allowing for special gatherings. The Primary bedroom has a King Sized Bed with a private bath and shower. It is on the 3rd floor where the Kitchen, Dining, Living Room, and Half Bath are located, and can be reached by elevator or stairs. The 4 guest rooms are on the 2nd Floor. The 4 guest rooms each have King Sized Beds. There are 2 ensuite baths and 1 jack and Jill bath. One crib, a Pack & Play and a high chair are available. An elevator is available for both floors. There are two exterior security cameras that point only at the gate to the driveway as well as the side gate to the pool. The cameras are pointing at the gates for security and insurance purposes when the house is empty.

We have stayed on Anna Maria for several years and this is the first time my husband and I chose the same property at the outset. Visitors included a large group of extended family, ages 3 and up, for whom there was plenty of room. The pool was perfect for the kids, and we played games at the large dining table, which accommodated everyone. Later guests made extensive use of the elevator, which enabled visits from older dear ones. Beach access immediately across the street and a reasonable walk to Pine Avenue make this a prime location. Cooking was a breeze in the kitchen which was well stocked with equipment, including the pleasant surprise of the espresso machine. We found it remarkable to be able to live in this comfortable home this year; many properties in this neighborhood are not livable post hurricane. We hope to return next year!

My extended family has rented this lovely house multiple times. The location is ideal--right across the street from the beach path. You can walk to the shops and restaurants on Pine. The layout of the house is great for large groups. The 3rd floor open-plan kitchen/dining/living space is filled with light and offers beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets. The property manager, Dan, responds quickly to questions and issues. Gina, the owner, is friendly and welcoming. This is the perfect AMI beach house; feels like a home away from home. We love it and are planning to rent again.

We had great time at this place. It is a 3-story house but has the elevator, which our elderly parents enjoyed. We used heated pool and jacuzzi every day. We walked on the beach every day. Kitchen had all we needed and more. Beds were very comfortable. Owner/manager were quick to response when we needed something.

We enjoyed our family Christmas at this North Shore VRBO property! Beautiful open concept living room, kitchen and balcony with views of Gulf of Mexico. Beach access directly across street and heated pool and hot tub jacuzzi. Plenty of room for our family of six and grandson. Responsive property manager and services! Warning- do not park on gravel in front of house! We received two parking tickets on Christmas Eve/Day 😤 Also, be careful with elevator and upstairs master bedroom door and bathroom door locks! They will lock accidentally and require different lock keys 🔑😤 We highly recommend this property! 👍🏻

This house is beautiful, and has an amazing location. Our first time in AMI did not disappoint! The beach access is right across the street, plenty of beach chairs and beach towels were provided, the kitchen is well equipped, the furnishings are beautiful and the beds are amazing. This was a repeat stay for our extended family; and we are looking forward to renting again. The house is an ideal family beach house: bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious; living space is perfect for hanging out and family dinners. You can watch the sunset from the deck. The pool and hot tub are great for an after beach soak. The house is right across the street from the beach access and you can easily walk or bike to the shops on Pine. Best of all, Gina, the owner, is so nice; and Dan, the property manager, is right down the street and responds quickly. We love this place.

Great views of the ocean, gorgeous home, location couldn’t be any better to the quiet beach, beautiful kitchen, very comfortable beds and overall happy vibe home :) Lots of amenities that push this home over the edge- the green egg, ice fridge, bathrooms, king beds in every room, comfortable indoor and outdoor furniture, helpful hosts and much more! This was our third trip to AMI for our family of six and I have to say, this house was our favorite. The location being on the north side of the island and only one house away from the beach is absolutely ideal. The decor and layout were extremely well done and while no one likes to do dishes, it certainly helps when you’re staring out the windows with views of the sun setting over the Gulf. Great house, great location, and the owner was great to work with.

This property is amazing everything is well maintained from the outside pool area, the inside of the house and the outside deck areas. Comfortable seating area for our group as well as a big table, chairs and sofa. The regular sized baby bed was a big plus for our family. The beds were all comfortable and the linens were top quality. It was nice to have beach towels provided, as well as beach chairs and children's sand toys. We'd definitely come back.

We had an amazing time. The property was even better than described. We were celebrating my mom’s 80th birthday. The elevator was perfect for my parents to access all 3 levels of the home. The pool and hot tub are amazing. Our teens had a great time hanging out around the pool. Very easy walk to the ocean. We enjoyed the upper decks just spending time together talking and laughing. This is a great property—we will definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The house is unbelievable! The pool and pool deck area are just perfect for relaxing after coming up from the beach. The house has everything you could need, including beach chairs and toys. The views from the top porch are out of this world! Another plus is that the public beach access is right across the street. I give the house FIVE STARS! We are already planning our next stay. Dan, the property manager was great, as well. Any questions we had, he was quick to answer and made sure we were accommodated. There are not enough words to express how much we loved this house and vacation! We had never been to Anna Maria and absolutely fell in love with it! We loved everything about this house. So spacious for the 9 of us, there was so much room that everybody could do their own thing if we wanted. It was a perfect location to the beach, just a short walk across the street. The pool under the house was absolutely perfect to get out of the Florida sun. Even though they spared no expense for this house, it still felt very warm, welcoming, and comfortable. Gina and Dan were wonderful to work with and got back to me quickly. We would HIGHLY recommend this place and cannot wait to go back!
