This home is beautiful, and in a wonderful location. The pictures looked like the beach was more beach rather than rocky, but overall it was very amazing. We got to see a pod of dolphins swim by a couple times one day. It was a pleasure being able to use for the week

Wonderful Get Away

I visited with 9 other friends. The place was excellent but the sleeping arrangements were snug for 10. The couch was a great option for sleeping which helped. Beautiful view of the bay! Lots of light and on a very quiet street. We walked the beach from the back porch. Would recommend to anyone wanting a quiet weekend away.

Beautiful views!

This property is wonderful. I love the fact that the sliding doors open all the way up so that the outside and beautiful views are part of the living space. We enjoy having the bedrooms and the living space are all on the same floor and we can walk directly outside without having any steps to climb up or down. Having only two bathrooms, made it a little more of a challenge, but it was worth it.

The property was very misleading. There is not a beach area at the house. You can swim there but looking at the pictures posted there were only a few rocks and a sandy beach area. There are lots of rocks and no small sandy area. Parking is horrible if you have three vehicles you will park close to to bushes and it’s hard to get in and out of vehicles. Also with the house when you are trying to sleep you can hear every noise or someone talking. One of the bedrooms is connected to the bathroom in hall and you can hear everything going on. The restroom is located close to the kitchen and the smell travels. The pool was extremely hot and not refreshing. No storage containers to put leftover food. Lastly there were 6 towels for 11 people and 6 wash cloths. If you rent golf cart and have three vehicles there is no parking for it. The trash can in the kitchen was left with food and mold in the bottom of it. The master bedroom bed had a big hump in the middle of it. Upon arrival the cleaning crew was still there after our check in time. Overall we will not stay at this location again. If you are going to the beach make sure you go early or you will not find parking

Nothing Better

This was our 4th trip to AMI over last 5 years and every time we have chosen a different home, we’ll next year we’re staying here again. Between the open format between kitchen and living room, the wall to wall glass which provides unbelievable views and being literally steps away from the water- staying anywhere else would just be silly!!!! I would recommend this home to anyone! Falero Familia!!

We have stayed at this same property several times in the past ten years. Our entire family loves it! The sunrise and bay views with water access steps from the house (great for kayaking and paddle boarding), the pool and then gulf waves and sunset just a few minutes away. We like the slower pace of the northern island location. Many wonderful memories are made and remembered each time. The down side is that the beds are not great. Their ok for younger children but only a roll up foam boxed “mattress” is not adequate for a good nights sleep for adults who’ve been on the water all day and are exhausted. Six of the eight of have neck and pain back from the beds. Disappointing for sure. Otherwise, an absolutely great home with what we think is the best locale on the island.

Roofing Project During Stay - Do not recommend

While our vacation started out enjoyable at this property, the property underwent a complete roofing replacement during our stay, resulting in the property being unusable for 48 hours. The owner was non-responsive (according to the property management company) and the property management company was lacking details to assist in an agreeable solution for us. I would not stay here again, or with this Property Management company again.

The location was fantastic—close to dolphins, manatees, and beautiful blue herons. We really enjoyed the pool, and even had a curious baby raccoon visit us a few times, which made for some fun memories. However, we did experience a few issues during our stay. The air conditioning went out for three days, and while the host did respond by providing two portable AC units and box fans, they weren’t enough to cool the house adequately—our bedroom remained around 89 degrees, which made sleeping difficult. We had hoped the issue would have been resolved more quickly. The mattress in the main bedroom was also very worn and deeply imprinted, making it uncomfortable and quite warm throughout the night.Lastly, one of the highlights we were excited about—the close proximity to the Rod and Reel Pier—was unfortunately misleading. The pier had been destroyed in the last hurricane and was no longer there when we arrived.Overall, the location has a lot of potential, but a few updates and clearer communication would greatly improve the experience.
