Beachy Boathouse Cottage, 2 BR,1BA, Private Pool, Steps to Beach and Bay-

Newly Renovated Boathouse Cottage is ready to welcome guests. New flooring, new beds, new furniture. Located on the west side of the duplex on the quiet street of Gladiolus on north end of Anna Maria. Removed from the condos, hotels, and crowds.

We are one short block from sunrises on the bay, and the historic Rod and Reel Pier. Two short blocks to sunsets on the gulf, and the pristine beach of Bean Point-the perfect place for shelling, strolling, fishing, boating or just a quiet time.

This 2 bedroom, one bath, duplex sleeps 4 and has ample living space with screened in porch, large private fenced in yard and heated pool. Many of you have stayed here in the past. As of 9/2020 under new ownership, both sides are available for rent, each side with private pool. The other side is called Angel Fish Cottages VRBO # 2053921.

Our patio is perfect for entertaining, outdoor barbeque's, and family relaxation. We provide beach and pool equipment.

Wonderful vacation rental

We had a great vacation at this rental property and will definitely stay here again when we return to Anna Maria island. House is beautiful, location is perfect, and it had everything we needed to make our week in Anna Maria island fun and relaxing. The pool was great, heated to the perfect temperature. This was our second stay, and we had another great stay. The cottage has all the necessities for your comfort, and the pool and yard were just perfect! Plenty of beach toys, and even a bike!

A delightful oasis!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for my family (me and my husband, my mom, 2 children ages 9 and 11). Just blocks from the beach, a private gorgeous pool in the back yard, and still walkable to Pine St if you want to do some shopping/eating. It was a perfect stay.

This property is exactly what we were looking for. In our opinion, it’s on the best part of the island. The beds were incredibly comfortable and brand new. We had so much fun in the pool! truly one of the best places we stayed.

Loved everything

We had an amazing time. Everyone loved the house and pool and the location was perfect. Short walk to Bean Point and amazing beaches. Also short walk to Rod & Reel Pier and restaurant where we loved seeing the dolphins in the evening. We would definitely stay here again next time.

We love AMI

We had a fabulous time for our first trip to AMI. We loved the location of this rental. It was perfect for our family. They had everything we needed for the beach which was just a 5 min walk to Bean Point where we spent a lot of our time. The private pool was great as well. Highly recommend staying here.

Very nice cottage

This cottage is very well located. 2 blocks from the ocean. It has a pool and is in a quiet area. If you rent this cottage you wont be disappointed. My wife and I will rent it in the future that’s how nice it is.

Wonderful house

I traveled with my 2 children. We enjoyed the pool and the short distance to Bean Point beach. The owners were quick to respond to my questions. We had a wonderful experience!

Great locatio

Close we to rod and reel grill and beautiful bean point. Owners very responsive. Kitchen is missing a few utensils no cutting board and knives were dull. Beautiful private pool. We would rent here again.

Fabulous little spot

We booked this adorable two bedroom duplex for four nights to go to Anna Maria for a family wedding. We had no idea about the island and ended up in the loveliest quiet little neighborhood in beans point. The unit was exactly as it was described and as it looks in the pictures, the owner was incredibly responsive and helpful and I would highly recommend this adorable spot for anyone looking for an affordable, immaculate, quiet place on the island.

LOVE the Boathouse

We had the best day. The house went above and beyond and preparing this property after the recent devastating hurricane. Everything was impeccably done, we could not have asked for better accommodations. The location is ideal, only brought from the beach. The only sad part is that the real pier was destroyed. We plan to return to this wonderful property soon.

Great Property, Perfect location! Pool and backyard are one of the nicest we’ve encountered on AMI. Walkable to every thing. Bean Point access at the end of the street. Rod & Reel Pier is very close by. Extremely well stocked. It could use a few extra bath towels (only 4 provided for 4 people). Would definitely stay again.

Patty's house is simply wonderful!Perfect and quiet location, just a short walk from the sea and beach.The house offers everything you could wish for. Tastefully furnished, very clean and a great kitchen with everything you need to cook for yourself. The large gas barbecue on the terrace invites you to barbecue. There is also a lovely pool with loungers, chairs and tables and a small lanai for when it gets a bit chilly outside.Beach towels and a trailer with beach chairs are also available.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to return.Thank you Patty for letting us stay in your house!

Great place even during a hurricane!

Loved the place and location but won’t rebook during hurricane season…lol. The place was great, clean, well stocked kitchen supplies and on its own little island when the hurricane flood waters came all around us. The hosts were great keeping us informed and even giving us local contact info when our car stalled in flood waters. Having our own pool was great! We love AMI and will be back rebooking at this duplex! Consider booking both sides of the duplex for an extended family trip!

Perfection!

This was our third stay at Boathouse Cottage and it never disappoints. Stocked with everything you need for your stay. Short stroll to the beach. We love the private pool. The pool is in the sun all day. A lot of the rentals have shaded pool areas which is not what I want coming from the north! We have already booked again for next year, we can’t wait!

Great place

We loved our time here. It was our 6th time on the island and this was one of our favorites. The private pool was key, especially with kids. The lanai was nice. The rental was clean and all necessities were in the kitchen. We used the grill several times. It was a short walk to the beach, but the listing did show the rental in a bit of a different location , so we were kind of surprised when it wasn’t located where we thought ot would be (maybe 4-5 blocks off). Overall, we loved it!

Sweet Stay

We walked into the space and gasped at how beautiful it was! Everything (sadly because of hurricane helenne) was brand new. Such tasteful furnishings and touches! The two bedrooms were both spacious. The kitchen had everything, including a great coffee maker. For a small beach house, it felt spacious! A back porch and a beautiful yard. And the pool was much larger than we could have imagined! Hosts were totally attentive, but we didn’t need anything because they thought of everything! Definitely hope to return.
