A lovely stay in paradise

Had an amazing stay at the Sugar Plum Beach West. Check-in was a smooth process. Location was perfect being literally a block away from the beach entrance. Pool was great to wind down after a beach day or wake up to in the morning. They provided us with a concierge person that was very responsive especially for inquiries on rentals including beach gear + baby crib. They even gave us a heads up about a Christmas Parade that would've affected our travel back had we not been made aware. Only a couple issues I noticed were that one of the doors that leads to the pool had significant glass damage on the outside. Didn't really affect anything from a physical perspective but it was unsightly. Also the main bathroom's shower/bath diverter valve wasn't working. Other than that, the property was perfect for our family.

perfect location on north part of island…steps from the perfect beach, close to trolley, great pool! We thoroughly enjoyed our time. mgmt was responsive to questions!

No locking doors, broken floor, broken glass

Upon arrival we quickly realized that the exterior doors did not lock. There was a shattered glass door and an obnoxious aftermarket door alarm that could not be turned off when simply opening/closing the door. We had to wait until the following day for someone to come and lock the doors and add an alarm. The property has a pool, so with young children this was incredibly unsafe!

Wonderful property

Perfect location for 4 adults. Close to beach, restaurants and activities. Everything we needed. Beautiful pool and property. Loved Anna Maria. We will definitely be back and would stay at this property again **Only complaint was the dryer doesn't work well even just for swim suits and towels.

ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING This rental was not worth the money, I would be ashamed if I was your company to let people stay at this rental. I had so many issue with the rental I don’t even know we’re to start. I will not be using your company again and I will definitely tell all friends and family to stay away from renting from your company.

Great location. 4/5 houses down from beach entrance. Super quiet area. Walking distance to Sandbar (restaurant). Pool was great. House was welcoming. Beds comfortable. Truly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely unit on quiet street

Very lovely property on quiet street and easy beach access. Location is fantastic! We did enjoy the pool and patio area as well. Ensuite Beth in one of the bedrooms is a bit tight and The avant garde style glass sink and faucet are awkward ( and too big)in the small space. Loved the purple tiled shower, but used the larger bathroom to get ready as better set up with counter space and sinks. Overall, we would stay again! Great space overall and location cannot be beat.
