This house is a great location and very clean! We loved that the beach is just steps away and the pool was so refreshing! Btw, there are beach chairs and 2 umbrellas for use.

The tiki bar was no longer on the property. They should upgrade the pictures on line. Also, house had very minimal necessities. Plan on a few trips to grocery store for paper towels, napkins, toilet paper etc. Shampoo/conditioner/soap were very small and would not last more than a day or two.

Property was exactly as described. Nicely furnished with everything needed for a fun and relaxing stay. Close proximity to several great restaurants. Beautiful and uncrowded beach is just a short walk away (street has no traffic). Be sure to make time to go and view a sunset - you will be glad you did. Can’t wait to go back.

Staircase and attached decking were showing signs of needing work. We were surprised that the pool area was not accessible directly. The rugs in the living room and dining room were filthy; the living room rug was dangerously curled and presented a tripping hazard. The bedroom carpets need a deep cleaning. Closet in second bedroom was cluttered and difficult to utilize.On a positive note, the home was beautifully appointed and was outfitted with everything that could be needed for a prolonged stay. Appliances were top shelf, and the addition of the Keurig pot was a welcome surprise! The best part of the residence was the beautiful front porch!

The only issue we had is we anticipated the spa to be operational like a hot tub since that’s the way it’s designed same temperature as the pool. Had a slight issue with the operation of the pool, the pump kicked out for a bit but the property management company acted fast. Loved coffee on the porch, loved the convenience of a short walk to the beach without crossing any streets, trolley pickup at the end of the street. Very very good location and plenty of room for a 2 bed 2 bath

Absolutely amazing property and company to rent from. Super easy and friendly staff. From the moment we walked in the front door, we knew how great our vacation would be. The house is well furnished. Beds super comfy. Literally a 2 min walk to the pristine beach. Trolly stop out front and less crowded beach area. Amazing!! Third year on the island and this was by far the nicest homes I've rented. The added bonus is the pool. So nice to take a dip in whenever. The only thing is the shower head in master bath, zero pressure. But no worries, the other shower was just fine. Book your stay here, you won't be disappointed. We will def be back and go through AMI life vaca rentals. 😊

The house was nice-sized for 4 guests and clean. On a Monday, the cleaning staff was there right up until our 4 pm check-in time. The house was not made to feel comfortable/like home. There wasn’t a morsel of convenience items there - coffee filters, not a single spice, condiment, plastic bag or wrap, dish soap, laundry detergent - nothing to help you function like home, which is disappointing when you’re only going to stay in a rental home 5-6 days. We ended up taking all our groceries to a rental across the street when we left because goodness knows if we’d left behind unopened water bottles, sodas, toilet paper, it would NOT have been left for the next guests by the realty company. No place to hang clothes in the master bedroom because the closet doors were locked shut (probably by owners - do they hide all their aluminum foil and ziploc bags in there??) In a season other than summer, the pool would have been lovely - on this stay in August it was just far too hot to be even remotely enjoyable or refreshing - the water temp was 91 degrees. We enjoy AMI, we probably won’t return in August. And we’ll probably look for homes with reviews that come well-appointed.
