We loved staying here during our stay at Anna Maria! It was so clean and organizer! Everything was up to date and the beach decor was so adorable! The outdoor palm trees and other greenery were beautiful and made us feel like we were on a private island, even though it was in a neighborhood. The neighborhood was so quiet and super close to the beach! The blankets and sheets were so soft, as well! We had everything we needed for our week in AMI!The hot tub was not working on the first day, but they got someone out to fix it and even refunded us quite a bit for the time it was not working, which was kind, since we still got to enjoy it for the second part of our stay.I would highly recommend staying here!

Perfectly located house - easy walk to restaurants, shops, and beach. Or an easy golf cart ride around the island. Kitchen was big and had all appliances/dishes necessary. Rooms were a decent size.

Will be coming back!

This was our 5th year on AMI and we’ve stayed across nearly the whole island. This place was by far the best we’ve had. The home is exceptionally clean, well appointed, and made accommodating my family very easy. My children loved the pool, and the location made it great to get around, particularly to local restaurants, shopping, and the beach.

Wonderfully relaxing stay

The Lakeview Cottage is a wonderful gem. Beautifully decorated mid century modern with updated everything. The pool was completely enjoyable and wonderfully relaxing. The kitchen is completely stocked with extremely nice dishes, pots and pans, etc. Really can’t say enough good things about the place. We intend to return next year and hopefully for several years after.

Great Stay

The property was very well done. Liked the king beds, large and well organized kitchen, living area and the pool. Location was walking distance to both sides of the island, restaurants and shopping. The only issue, the hot tub heat was not working. I would rate our stay and your place a 9.5 out of 10. Thanks.

Clean and comfortable

Had a lovely stay with our two little kids. Really enjoyed the pool, and appreciated the secure fence around it to keep our 1.5 and 4 year old out when we couldn't supervise. Very spacious inside, love the natural light. Close to shops on Pine street and the beach. They did update the kitchen with an island that has nice counter space but doesn't fit the mid century design at all and isn't reflected in the photos.

Best kitchen, location & pool!

My husband & I love to walk! This was the ideal location. We were close to the beautiful bay, restaurants, & shops! The home was spotless! The property far exceeded our expectations so we gave 5 star reviews! If I had to mention one tiny item, it would be the 'navigator' that must remain in the pool at all times. Otherwise, perfection!!

Adorable mid century home that has been very nicely updated. Clean and so well appointed. Great location. Our only complaint is that we could not figure how to heat hot tub or if it even got hot? Rather an odd design with it overflowing into the main pool. We would’ve liked for it to work or suggest a separate pool and hot tub. Otherwise we love this house. Bonus for the outdoor shower which we used daily and the great screened in breezeway.
Side of house with cool mcm original brick design.

Lovely Home

This was our 1st trip to AMI. We loved the home and the location. The home was perfect for us and our 2 young adult daughters. We loved the layout and updates in the house. It was furnished with everything we needed. Nothing felt like these were garage sale finds that were thrown into the home. Everything was extremely intentional and well thought out. Thank you for allowing us to spend the week!

Beautiful Amazing Property

We had the best time and the house was gorgeous and so clean!! My only complaint is the rental company Mobi Beach Rentals! The secretary that continued to call me and hound me for more money than what I was told was very rude and not helpful or friendly to work with! Once I was finally able to speak with a manager she was much better to work with and had 100x better customer service! But I would highly recommend this property but unfortunately when we visit next time we will look for a different property that is not run by this rental company:(

Amazing Place!

Very happy with this home. The house was clean and actually way bigger than it looks from the outside. Quiet neighborhood, about two blocks to the Bay side of the island. Everything was as described in the listing. Great communication from property managers/owners. The ONLY two things that were a problem was the screen door on the carport was a bit of a pain to open and shut and in the evenings the mosquitoes are really bad at the pool probably because of the closeness of the little waterway behind the home. Overall we loved this place and will probably book again. Thanks for everything!
