New Favorite Vacation Spot

The home was clean and beautiful. Location was minutes walk from Bean Point (close to Tampa Bay and Gulf) The accommodations were near perfect (a powder room on lowest level near the pool would have been great, but that’s not something that can be changed) The elevator was perfect for carrying luggage and for an elderly parent. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was fabulous! I would recommend BETTER OR MORE beach towels…they were a little thin and there are never enough! Other than that, the stay was perfect. The office was VERY RESPONSIVE. We would book again! Thank you for a memorable and amazing accommodation!

Property was beautiful and very clean. Be aware it is a long walk to the beach. So if you have a lot of stuff bring a beach wagon. The house comes with one. Love that you get the best of both waters., the gulf and the bay! So unique.

Fabulous property!

From the moment we walked in, we love the place! It’s new and clean! The location is in a quiet area of the island which was nice but also easy to get around the island if want to explore the other areas of the island. Everything was amazing and the views and backyard was phenomenal! We had to contact maintenance a couple of time for a few things(since a new property had to get a few kinks out) and they were very responsive and quick to come and take care of things, very nice too! You will not be disappointed and highly recommend this property!

Beautiful home great location

The house was beautifully decorated and located near the beach. My only complaint is I found a couple cockroaches in the master bath which I realize is common in warm, damp climates. I let the property manager know she then let me know they created a ticket to have it sprayed. I reached back out after 5-6 hours to see if they had come to spray and she informed me they couldn’t come until the next day. They then advised me not to spray for them myself. So this was pretty inconvenient but overall it was a great stay
