The house is in an amazing location, super close to the beach. We loved exploring the island and there's so much to do and restaurants to check out.

When we arrived, the home was very clean (towels, bedding, etc.), including the pool. When I had a question about how to use something and encountered one small issue, the host responded quickly and resolved it right away. The company that manages the home is extremely friendly and professional. The pool is well maintained and heated, which was perfect for the cooler days.The home is literally a 5 minute walk from Bean Point Beach. The shops in the area are only a few minutes away (driving), or you could even walk if you prefer. If I were to give advice to anyone staying here, definitely check out the binder they provide. It’s filled with useful information about nearby restaurants, beaches, and activities around the island, especially if there are any local events like the Trail of Treats that my husband and I did with our kids. It was such a helpful resource so we weren’t left guessing what to do.Even with some nearby construction, we hardly noticed it. The home itself is very spacious and was perfect for our family. We had such a great time that whenever we do plan to come back to the island we'll definitely try to rent this home again.

This property was perfect for our family vacation! Lots of space and amenities that allowed for us to enjoy a pool, walk to beach, have plenty of beach supplies and toys for little ones and enjoy some amazing sunsets

Great getaway

We had a great getaway in this lovely home. We were in Florida with two other couples for a friend’s wedding, and this house had plenty of room for all of us. We really enjoyed our time by the pool and the easy walk to the beach. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

AMI Getaway

We originally booked Point's Hideaway, but ended up staying at Serenity Now due to hurricane clean up challenges. While we wish we'd be informed of the necessary relocation more than 2 weeks prior to our arrival, it all ended up working out GREAT. We loved the home and location of Serenity Now - it was perfect for 6 adults. OUAB staff was very attentive and responsive. We'd certainly stay with them (and at that home) again!

Wonderful Home on Anna Maria Island!

This home was perfect for a gathering of family or friends! Great gathering space with a set up with a well-stocked kitchen, spacious dining area and living room, and play space on the first floor equipped with a foosball table and swimming pool. The bedrooms were large and spacious, with comfortable beds.Great location as well so hard to beat!!

Just perfect!

We just loved this house and the property. The home was cozy and had the best backyard/pool area. The house had everything we needed from dishes/pots to prepare meals, rafts and toys for the beach, pet friendly, etc. One block from the most beautiful beach and a plaza very close that had pizza and an ice cream shop. Perfect location! We would definitely stay here again! 10 stars!

The perfect vacation!

House was so nice and spacious! It met all our expectations! 6 adults and two kids! We enjoyed the pool and porches and beautiful beach! We rented a golf cart but did not need it because it was such a short walk to the beach! Would definitely recommend this house! 5 stars!!!

Awesome House

The house and location were better than expected. We have stayed in other 3BR houses and this house is one of the best. It is very solid and quite large. The LR is spacious and flows with the kitchen very well. All three bedrooms are large and comfortable. The game area on the ground floor is perfect! Many dining choices are readily available and the beach is a quick, short walk away. We would certainly stay here again.

Great beach house

We love Anna Maria!

We had a great time at Points Hideaway. The property was the perfect size for 6 adults. We found the house to be exactly as described. Perfect location! Hope to be back there soon.

Relaxing Getaway

The property is spacious, well appointed, clean and up to date. It is a beautiful home and we enjoyed our stay. Wonderful location which is a block from the beach access and 2 blocks from the Rod and Reel pier. The neighborhood is very quiet and has virtually no traffic. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 2 weeks and loved it! My questions to the property management were answered right away. I was worried there would be a lack of privacy because of the location but that wasn’t an issue at all.
