Relaxing family vacation

The home was beautiful and a short walk the beach. The area was beautiful and we enjoyed the bikes and golf cart. The pool and games kept the kids entertained at the house. Wonderful way to spend time with family!

House was beautiful - exactly as pictured. Quick walk to the beach and quick drive to restaurants. Perfect for two families of 4 (4 adults/4 kids)

Awesome Awesome Awesome vacation property! Everything was top notch. What else can I say? Short walk to the beach. The back yard pool and covered spa was a definite plus on a few days when the weather just didn't quite cooperate. There was just one concern that we brought up to the management company, we wish there was a way to lock the lower level doors, the pass thru doors from the driveway to the backyard. That door requires a key to lock it and none was provided.

The home is gorgeous and we enjoyed our stay. A lot of design expertise and expense went into making it a premier property. There were a few surprising issues for a property of this caliber-1. There was a smoke smell when you enter the home. It is less noticeable after you are there for a while, but all 5 of us smelled it. I called and reported this upon check in. 2. The management company left me a message asking if their representative could come and change the furnace filter and attach a fresh wave to absorb smoke smell. Before I could call back they went ahead a had their representative stop by without notifying us. And the door was left open when they left which is totally unacceptable. 3. There is a very noticeable water damage stain In the front bedrooom. Management company says this is just cosmetic damage. I certainly hope so, but hello no one wants to see water damage stains. Again beautiful house and we loved many things about it, but these issues should not be occurring.
