Wonderful days in a wonderful beach house! The house was beautiful, very well maintained and hosts were very attentive and prompt on assisting upon our request. Location was amazing, walking distance to Bean Point. Cant wait to go back!

Great location and responsive maintenance staff

My family of four stayed at the house. We had an issue getting into the house, but it was immediately remedied. We also had an issue with a TV, but it was also immediately remedied. The house was just as listed. About 10 minutes walking from the nicer beaches. The pool was great and where we spent an entire day when rain was forecast (but did not happen!). I would recommend this place!

Friend and family get away 2025

This rental was beautiful, organized, clean and was easy to nevigate. The private pool was perfect for the whole family and it was a quick walk to the beach! Centrally located!

Property was clean with plenty of towels ( beach and bath) Starter items are provided such as dishwasher pods, washing machine pods and paper towels. Beach chairs were also available. We had one little hiccup regarding the promised beach cart not being on property. After speaking with Becky ( on a holiday) she resolved the issue within hours. We would absolutely stay at this property again. Thank you for an excellent spring break experience.

Amazing vacation spot

We really enjoyed our first stay at AMI. The house was beautiful, and had all of the amenities we needed. The pool was the perfect spot to relax, and grill out after our days at the beach. The beaches were beautiful, and just a short walk from the house. We highly recommend this spot, and can’t wait to come back.

Spring Break getaway.

Wonderful property with a pool. Kids loved the basement game room. Close to beach, pier and AMI restaurants and shops. Perfect house for our family of 4.

First time at Anna Maria Island

This was our first time at Anna Maria Island. We will be back. The home was met our needs, the location was great, it was clean and well equipped for everything you will need for your stay! We enjoyed our time at the beach and coming back to the house for time at the pool and relaxing in the evening. We will be back again!!

Girls Trip

This property served as the absolute perfect girls trip getaway. The location is fantastic. The house is clean and well stocked. We had our golf cart to zoom around in. Having the pool to relax in while the toddler napped came in clutch! We had coffee and breakfast out on the screened in porch. Would love to come back!

Beautiful, clean house, walking distance to the beach

This house was beautiful and clean. It was spacious, for our family of 8's vacation. We loved the private pool! Our teenagers enjoyed the ping pong, darts, and foosball table. Short walking distance to Bean Point Beach. Very easy check in / check out process. Loved our stay! Would highly recommend!

Perfect Quick Trip

This property was perfect. It was spotless, comfortable beds, tons of beach items/ toys for the kids. The pool was great after a long day at the beach. The outdoor furniture by the pool and on the screened in porch area were great. Proximity to the beach was quick and easy. I would 100% stay here again. We’ve been to AMI several times now and every property we have stayed at has been great, but this one truly was perfect. Thank you so much!

Excellent Location, Everything you need!

This house was perfect for our family of 6! Plenty of space for more people but only two bathrooms held us up a bit. Great setup though. Walking distance to Rod & Reel Pier and multiple beach access points! (3-4 blocks at most) In the garage, there is everything you need for a trip to the beach from an abundance of chairs, umbrellas, toys, even a wagon to pull it all. The kitchen had plenty of appliances and everything we needed for cooking & serving food. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets and linens if needed. The pool was perfect. Full sun with a small table/umbrella for optional shade inside the pool. Even a downstairs fridge for quick access when hanging by the pool or cooking on the grill. Game room was fun. The balcony off the main room was one of our favorite spots to sit together as a family every morning and again to end the night. Plenty of towels for bathrooms and for the beach or pool. One thing that was a bit of an inconvenience was not having a bathroom closer to the pool. The whole house is tile, slippery flooring, including the steps, which is beautiful! But not easy with wet kids needing to go through and up stairs to the bathroom multiple times. Just something to keep in mind to prepare for. Nothing to turn us away from the house though. We threw a towel or 2 down by the door. All in all, we absolutely loved our stay at Pelican Place and definitely recommend it!

Better than pictured!

This has been our best rental yet! Pictures do not do this property justice. We didn’t have any problems while we were there. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils. We plan to book again!

Great house in a great location

The house was perfect! It was clean. The beds were comfortable and the pool was a nice way to cool off on a warm day. The kitchen had all necessary items for cooking meals. The pergola area was a nice place to escape the sun while staying outside and the screened in porch area was an area I wasn’t expecting to use but spent a lot of time in. The house is a 5min walk to the beach and then once you get to the beach it’s another 4-5min walk to actually get to the water. The house did have a wagon and chairs but the wheels on the wagon were not made for the beach and made the 4-5min sand walk to the water pretty difficult. A few of the straps on the chairs were broken so you couldn’t put them on your backs. The house did have a rental company you could go through which I would highly recommend. We rented bikes, chairs, and a crib. Overall the house was great and I would definitely stay again

Great place but warm

This place is great plenty of room for the whole gang super clean and you can walk to the gulf or bay side in minutes, the only reason I didn’t give this property 5 stars is because of the locked out thermostat if you want it below 72 degrees in the home you’re out of luck we went the week before Memorial Day and the heat index was in the 100’s and it would have been great to come home to a frosty place but that wasn’t the case, I figured out 3 days in to our 6 night stay that you can put a washcloth Ofer the thermostat and it tricks it into thinking it warmer than it actually is and keeps the unit running. Overall you can’t beat the price for what you get!

Pelican place

Anna Maria island is great and this property on the north end was fabulous. All the areas for a great vacation. Pool, seating area under the pergola, screened porch, large eating area. Could have used a few more starter supplies as we were only there a few days and didn’t want to waste buying things we couldn’t leave for the next guest.

Peaceful

The property is clean and safe. The check in process is painless and the owner request are reasonable. Some attention should be given to the cleanliness of the clothes washing machine. Our biggest disappointment/ surprise was the pool. It's a very cool design,but It was basically unusable because the water was too cold. It states that the pool is heated, but it's too cold to use.
