Welcome to Bay Haven, a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath waterfront home on Bimini Bay. Less than a mile from boutiques, local restaurants, Bayfront Park, and the City Pier, it’s the perfect base to explore Anna Maria Island’s endless charm. For larger groups, the neighboring unit, Bay Cottage, is also available, ideal for creating unforgettable island memories together.

Sit back, relax while enjoying the island breeze, and turn on the giant tv for some post-island exploring laughter. The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of storage space for all your yummy ingredients in the cabinets and refrigerator. Gather around the dining room table for some mouth-watering treats, game time, and simple conversations about each other’s days.

The primary bedroom provides a carefree atmosphere, jump into bed, relax to the sound of the bay's calm waters and view your favorite shows on the tv. After a long day at the beach, refresh yourself in the primary ensuite walk-in shower. Feel the gentle island breeze as you cast away to sleep in the second bedroom. The second bedroom has ample space for your vacation attire and toys, adjacent to the second bedroom is the second bathroom which has a shower and tub combo.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

Waterside Paradise

This house is absolutely darling. It was immaculate with all new everything! The location is perfection, quiet and serene. Such a great area for walking. We had a slight issue that was taken care of immediately. Customer service was top notch. I can’t wait to stay at this darling little waterside house again.

Cute place in need of maintenance. Simple things like shower curtains ..they were moldy & we found some old gummy candy in the couch cushions. The rental company was awesome to work with so no issues there. The bay view is wonderful. Golf cart community was fun and we really enjoyed the beaches.

Great location. Property smelled like cat urine but we understand that this is a pet friendly location. We bought new plugins to manage the smell. A few ants in the kitchen but mostly clean. Shower curtain needs to be replaced in guest bathroom (moldy). The lock was tricky but we replaced the batteries after calling help desk. Overall, we would recommend to others.

This property, the dockside, reminded me of growing up on Marco island. It was lovely. I do recommend that someone pay more attention to the poor plants around the house. It’s been neglected for too long. The old sliding glass doors to the back porch and to the dock are extremely difficult to open and close. The master bath has a slight septic smell. There was an air freshener plug in, but it was used up and empty. The disposal does not work and is seized up. Everything else was awesome and the neighbors and neighborhood were very peaceful and quiet. We would love to come back. Easy walks to the beach and piers and to the trolley. Thanks

Idyllic Waterfront Getaway: Serenity Meets Convenience

Our stay at this waterfront rental was fantastic, offering the perfect setting for our first island trip. Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, yet conveniently close to the beach, dining, and attractions by golf cart or car, the location couldn’t be better. Despite a minor hiccup with the back door alarm, which led us to use the front door and enjoy a scenic walk to our covered porch and beautiful waterfront dock, our experience was seamless. The cozy and comfortable bed ensured restful sleep, making our accommodation ideal for relaxation and recharge. In essence, this rental is a gem for those seeking tranquility with easy access to island adventures. We highly recommend it and can't wait to return!

Little Piece of Paradise

Nice place in amazing location. Home is older, but it has been renovated in some areas and was clean. It’s located at the end of a cul de sac on the water an has a huge dock. Neighborhood is super quiet so it was very peaceful sitting outside at sunrise/sunset. We brought our golf cart as there was plenty of parking for our trailer. It was nice to cruise on it from our place to the store and restaurants. Would definitely come back and highly recommend.

Family weekend getaway

Some cosmetic damages to certain things like the kitchen door. The view outback is incredible. We saw dolphins each morning. Beds were clean and comfortable. The back door is kind of janky and could be fixed too.

Long Weekend

My husband, daughters and I were excited to spend a long weekend in Anna Marie Island. The space was the perfect size for us and my husband loved fishing off the private dock. It was a relaxing weekend. My only complaint would be the alarm system on the door. Because the door is older it didn’t want to shut all the way so the alarm kept going off after we pushed the bypass. It made us not want to go out that way. Luckily we could walk around the house to get to the dock to still use it. The door just needs some work or to be replaced. Enjoyed the stay though.

Beautiful view of boating channels and other homes in area. Great fishing right at back door. 10 minute walk to city pier. Overall good accommodations at cottage. Pleanty of room inside. Gas griil out back for burgers. Very quiet area away from main drag.

Very relaxing

Even though it’s a duplex, you couldn’t tell it. The full time neighbor next door was great. The place is very close to everything but yet tucked in and out of the way for privacy. I recommend renting a golf cart for your stay.

My wife have been coming to Anna Maria for some eight years and like to stay on the gulf side of the island near the beach This was our first time staying on the east side which worked out perfect within walking distance from City Pier and Pine Avenue. We stayed at Bay Haven in May this year, the house is located at the end of South bay a quite residential street . The property is spacious and has been remodeled throughout. Two large bedrooms nice size living room. The view is amazing overlooking Bimini Bay, we spotted dolphins swimming close by one day. The deck is a perfect place to relax, fish and BBQ a umbrella would be nice to give some shade, overall a nice place to stay, landscaping is a little out of control and the lanai needs some renovation. Would we go back? yes for sure.

Cute house. The photos are accurate. Great part of the neighborhood.

The photos of the house are accurate. If you’re looking for a luxury home, this is probably not it for you. But it is clean, well stocked, the beds are comfy and it’s a fabulous location. We really enjoyed sitting out and watching the canal for porpoises and manatee.

Not up to expectations

A very dated property with a fresh coat of paint and new floors. It does offer good views in a great location on the island and the bedding was nice. But that's about it. It feels like something you would find in Daytona Beach catering to spring breakers. Holes in the wall and doors stuffed with paper towels, a $5. coffee maker and a porch door that will lock itself when you exit to leave you locked out of the house This was my first poor experience with VRBO rental. Should not have rented a place without any reviews!
