We had a 12 day stay here and had to ask repeatedly for clean linens and trash disposal. Had we not asked, our room would not have been touched the entire 12 days, which is inexcusable. There was rarely anyone at the desk, nor did they answer the phone when we called from our room for housekeeping service. Staff was usually sitting in a back room near the front desk, but often didn't even bother to get up to speak with customers. Since our room was on the 3rd floor, we had to use the elevator several times each day, and each time, we noticed a very distinct smell of marijuana. We also observed people sitting on the front patio smoking marijuana several times during our stay. The breakfast buffet was ok, but was often crowded with questionable people loading their plates like they were feeding 2-3 people. As a result, many items were gone when we got there. We absolutely will never go back here.

If you want go into the pool, make sure you check the hours before you book. Pool is closed at 6 o’clock on Sunday and closed every Tuesday for some reason. Extremely inconvenient and should be stated on their property description. Because of the planes we had, we were not able to use the pool, which is the whole reason I picked that hotel. There is also no sundries shop only a vending machine.

After our second stay here, we will not book again. It's ok-enough I guess, if you just need a bed. But, weird creaking noise by showerhead, nasty feeling doornob, had poor patch/paint job of previous holes in wall, and the layout had a nook with luggage rack and ironing board oddly located where if anything fell from that nook it would land across the bed at head level which seemed like a weird and uncomfortable design choice. Our first stay had been close by the staircase up from the main lobby. That room was fresh and nice, and motivated our return booking. This time we were met with a crap room at the end of a smelly hallway that required a ride up in the off-putting elevator. Bummed because we thought we had a regular place for our recurring trips to the area ... but ... no thanks, not rolling the dice here again with lots of other options around.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was very clean, cozy, and comfortable, and I had a great overall impression from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and well kept, and the location was perfect, only about 10 to 15 minutes from downtown Annapolis. The breakfast was a big plus, with a full hot selection including eggs, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, and more. The pool was a little smaller than it looked in the pictures, but it was still nice and enjoyable. Overall, I had a very positive experience and really have nothing to complain about. We will definitely go back!

I never stayed there and I never checked in because immediately I entered the hotel there was this terrible smell that welcomed me at the reception and the place was looking so old and not okay even for that much price and they also refused to refund me despite the fact that I came so early and couldn’t stand the place not even half refund for the two days .What I saw on their page was partial refund but they refused to refund for both days.Expedia disappointed me in choosing this kind of hotel and putting it on their platform

Bed bugs! Everything about this hotel was great, except how they handled everything when I called to tell them, I woke up and found bedbugs in my bed. They said they were “on it”. We brought our items to the front and they said “yeah I can’t stand them” (referring to the bed bugs which made me believe this had happened before) and a manager would call later to discuss everything. We left the hotel and they called hours later. I asked how they can refund me for the laundering that we now had to do for all of our items and they said because I ordered through Expedia, they can’t do anything about it. DO NOT RECOMMEND
