STR- 270 - THIS HOME IS MANAGED BY ANNAPOLIS ACCOMMODATIONS. YOUR RESERVATION IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN CONTACTED BY A TEAM MEMBER WITH ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR BOOKING.

This 2nd floor unit is a self-contained apartment above a privately owned single family home. Unit has its own off street parking, sidewalk and entrance accessed from Ritchie Road. It is clean as a whistle and neat as a pin. The private apartment is spacious and perfect for the single on assignment or in transition. Walk or bike to downtown via the scenic Naval Academy Bridge and enjoy easy access to commuter routes. Small yard out front for fresh air. Also, very close to the B&A Trail for biking, hiking or a stroll. Pets are considered in this lovely unit. This unit has the perks of being right near downtown with out the congestion and traffic of living downtown. (Lower levels of this single family home offered separately for rent with an address of 1900 Thomas Drive.)

Affordable, convenient Annapolis getaway
The property is convenient to Annapolis, and not far from D.C. and Baltimore. It is a cozy, two-bedroom apartment above a house in a quiet neighborhood. It's not spectacular in location or amenities, but it is very comfortable and convenient. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location
This upstairs apartment is an excellent no frills place to stay. We could walk over the bridge to the Naval Academy and even to some restaurants. Annapolis Accommodations was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.
