"Air conditioning didn’t work. Room was too hot. Was advised that they didn’t have maintenance available. Had to pack all my things and move rooms at 11pm and the staff were not helpful at all. Location is great, and pedway access is good, but the hotel is run down and staff were not great to deal with."

"The room was fine but I had turned on the air conditioner and when I woke up in the morning there was black dirt all over the bed. It was a mess, I told the staff and they knew what I was talking about so they were aware. I think the air conditioning units should be cleaned and obviously they were aware of the issue. Staff was nice and the room was fine. Location was great."

"Elevated atmosphere, modern room, super clean. Three elevators but more often only one was working. Otherwise great stay!"

"Fine hotel, newer so everything was clean. The staff at front desk excellent. Small things like water in room, better in room amenities. Poor hair dryer and iron. Iron leaked all over the floor. "
