L appartement est bien situé à moins de 10 mn du lac et du quartier d Annecy le vieux et des Gorges du Fier et beaucoup de lieux à voir dans un rayon de 50 km notemment la cascade du Rouget

Très bonne location

La location est agréable et fonctionnelle. Le parking est un avantage indéniable.On se rend sans problème à pied dans le centre d'Annecy et au bord du lac. Seul bémol de la location, si on entre dans la résidence par une petite rue tranquille, l'appartement lui-même donne sur le "Chemin de la croix rouge" qui est une route très fréquentée et donc bruyante si on veut garder les fenêtres ouvertes. A ce détail près, nous recommandons la location et y retournerons volontiers.

Je suis satisfait de ma location. L'appartement correspondait à la description et était très bien situé. En plus il était bien équipé. Dix minutes à pied de la vieille ville, quinze minutes pour aller au lac, c'était très bien pour nous. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et ils sont à notre écoute. nous avons passé de bonnes vacances

Belle appartement très propre, fonctionnel et bien situé. Place de parking sécurisé avec barrière, proche du centre ville à pied, très bon accueil des propriétaires à note arrivée. Je recommande vivement cette appartement.

Appartement agréable et bien situé.

Agréable séjour dans cet appartement très confortable avec parking sécurisé. Dommage que la rue soit un peu bruyante dans la journée. La proximité du centre de la vieille ville est un vrai plus. A peine 15 mn à pieds.

1ère visite à Annecy réussie

L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé, lumineux. Le + : un parking privé, résidence sécurisée. Tout près de la vieille ville (moins de 10 mn à pied). L'accueil fait par les propriétaires qui sont très sympathiques.

Nous avons passé 2 bonnes semaines de repos dans un endroit calme tout en étant proche du centre ville (15 minutes). Les proprié taires sont très sympathiques et très accueillants. Location à recommander
