Lovely spot in the heart of Annecy

This was an excellent home base for exploring Annecy - right in the heart of the old village, just steps from great restaurants, coffee, boulangeries, and more.

Cozy stay in Annecy

The location is perfect (old part of town right out the windows) and the apartment is clean and modern. We could look down on the market in the mornings and the windows cut out street noise out well. The house is a little snug for 5 people and the stairs up to the second bedroom look like they made for a cat, but fortunately only my children had to climb them. Overall a great experience.

Holiday

Overall the property location and ease of parking so close by in the Old Town made the stay wonderful. The area is easy to walk with many shops and places to eat. The apartment is well kept. The check in process was confusing and we were not made aware that we needed the WhatsApp to communicate which forced us to be delayed in getting into the apartment by a few hours and we needed to make a hotel reservation to ensure we had a place to sleep. Once we figured out needing to use the App by going to the Save my Bed website it was easier to communicate

Great location! Center of the old-town action. Short walk to train station. Clean, cozy space. Nice facility. Dishwasher appears to be permanently broken. Plumbing is poor. Steep stairs to loft area. Overall good place to stay.
