Notre séjour s’est très bien passé, nous avons être très bien accueilli par Nicolas, Tout est bien présent dans l’appartement qui est décoré avec soins. Très proche du lac d’Annecy, nous avons tout pu faire à pied. Je recommande pour couple et famille !

Un très bel appartement, au calme, à moins de 10 mn de marche du lac et du centre-ville. Très propre, bien équipé et décoré. Petite terrasse appréciable. Le seul point négatif est le stationnement, impossible de se garer sur place, il faut garer la voiture sur un parking payant et marcher 10 mn. Peut-être également prévoir quelques dosettes de café à disposition.

Très bel appartement au calme et très bien situé par rapport à Annecy . Installation très moderne et pratique . Petits points négatifs : aspirateur en panne difficile de nettoyer / bouchon du bain qui ne se ferme pas correctement
