Lovely location and apartment

This apartment had everything we needed. There was heat wave in Annecy but we were provided with fans which helped. The location was wonderful.

Short Stay Annecy

Stayed two nights in Annecy and apartment was great for our short stay. Location is superb right in the heart of Annecy, close to everything. Communication with host, very responsive. If you have a lot of luggage the spiral staircase was tricky.

Annecy apt

Fabulous location right in the heart of old town Annecy. Lots of great restaurants, shopping nearby. Only downside to the apartment was parking was not close by and it is a third floor walk up. Be prepared for lots of walking.

Location nearly perfect. In heart of historic city. Easy access to sites tours, dining. Only drawback directly above restaurant that serves past 23:00. Our point of contact was always there when we needed her and was very accommodating during check in and departure. Could have been cleaner; showing wear and age. All onsite informational material in French only had use translation app which was tedious

Suberbe endroit

La situation de cet hĂ©bergement Ă©tait parfaite, situĂ© dans une zone piĂ©tonne Ă  proximitĂ© du canal. Magnifique! Logement trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© par ailleurs. Cependant, assurez-vous d’avoir des bagages lĂ©gers. Le stationnement est un peu Ă©loignĂ© et il y a quand mĂȘme 3 Ă©tages pour accĂ©der au logement. Le seul point nĂ©gatif, la remise des clĂ©s n’a pas Ă©tĂ© simple puisque que celle-ci devait se faire en mains propres. Sinon, tout Ă  Ă©tĂ© parfait.

L’appartement est vraiment atypique
 sol pas droit manque total de luminositĂ© et impossible de pouvoir aĂ©rer. Il est propre de bonne taille et est bien Ă©quipĂ©. Gros point nĂ©gatif la remontĂ©e des odeurs dans la sdb d’une des chambres
. Et malgrĂ© la propretĂ© du mĂ©nage il y a pas mal de moisissures dans la sdb qu’il faudrait Ă©radiquer dĂšs que possible. Le contact a Ă©tĂ© simple sĂ©rieux et pro de la part du personnel qui gĂšre la location. Pour finir trĂšs trĂšs gros problĂšme pour le stationnement !

Beste Lage

Mitten im Zentrum der sehr lebendigen Altstadt, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Perfekte Lage. Die Schlafzimmer gehen zu einem kleinen Kanal hinaus. In der KĂŒche findet man alles, was man braucht. Das Apartment in der 3. Etage ist ĂŒber eine schöne, alte Wendeltreppe zu erreichen. Es macht Sinn, das GepĂ€ck anzupassen. Man kann nicht mit dem Auto vorfahren. Nur 3 min Fußweg zur Tiefgarage mit moderaten Preisen und zum See.

Excellent rapport qualitĂ© prix. Conforme Ă  l'annonce. TrĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© et trĂšs bien agencĂ©. Beaucoup de charme. Pas aussi lumineux que sur les photos de l'annonce mais ça ne nous a pas gĂȘnĂ©s. Certains passages de porte demanderont de baisser la tĂȘte mĂȘme pour les gens de taille moyenne. Nous recommandons trĂšs vivement !
