Bonne situation

Appartement très bien situé et coquet mais le ménage a l arrivée n était vraiment pas bien fait pour un service de conciergerie ce qui est dommage. Le réfrigérateur est vraiment trop petit avec une étagère manquante et n a pas été dégivré ce qui a généré de l eau au quotidien qui fuyait et une absence de glaçon pendant l été.

Nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de ne pas avoir accès aux programmes de la télévision obligés d’appeler la conciergerie qui nous a informé ne pas pouvoir nous dépanner concernant la box heureusement notre petite fille nous a aidé a changer les files pour avoir au moins la TNT aidé par une personne de la conciergerie et ceci par téléphone. De plus en tirant la table ou reposait la télévision nom us avons trouvé des paquet s de poussière d’où notre inquiétude avec le Covid sur le ménage de cet appartement. La porte de la salle de bain était également sans poignet complètement dévissée !!! Dommage de trouver tout ça à notre arrivéé…

Tres bien accueilli, appartement parfait pour mon séjour professionnel et endroit super en pleine veille ville. Seul inconvénient en temps de presque canicule était la chaleur. Bien que l’appartement est dans un ancien bâtiment avec de murs épais, il faisait très chaud pour dormir. De la climatisation serait idéale car la chambre est très jolie, mais hyper petite. Je me suis bien fait mail au pied, car peut de place pour naviguer autour du lit.
