Séjour Annecy

Très beau appartement, nous étions 2 adultes,un ado et un enfant de 5 ans et un chien. Au centre ville, très proche du lac, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la vielle ville,c est nombreux restaurants. L appartement dispose de ventilateur (. Plusieurs), ce qui est très bien. Serviette de bain et gel douche à dispositions. Y a une machine à laver,c est génial, mais à besoin d' un gros nettoyage, odeur. Si il pourrait laisser un peu produit pour nettoyage ça serait bien. Sinon très bon séjour.

Très bel appartement très bien placé

Appartement idéal pour visiter Annecy. A 5 minutes à pieds du vieux centre d'Annecy et du lac et au coeur des magasins. Très bel appartement entièrement refait, avec 2 belles chambres, une très belle salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne et grand plan de travail pour la cuisine ouverte. Très calme ( 3 ème étage avec ascenseur). A recommander !

Joli appartement en plein centre ville. Parking (payant) à quelques mètres, possibilité de prendre une carte d'abonnement pour quelques jours. Bien équipé (même s'il manques quelques bols, tasses, épingles à linge), idéal pour passer quelques jours dans cette jolie ville! Je recommande!

Execellent - Appartement, Situation et accueil

Excellent accueil et professionnalisme de La Conciergerie Du Lac. L'appartement est parfait, récemment rénové et au gout du jour. Rien n'y manque. L'immeuble est extrêmement calme, les communs sont très propres, l'accès est sécurisé par badge, rien à dire. L'appartement est idéalement placé à l’extrémité de la rue de La Paix, à 50m de la rue Carnot, la principale rue piétonne d'Annecy; Et à environ 400m du Lac. Donc plein centre historique et à proximité de tous les commerces ... pas besoin de voiture ! Le Parking couvert Carnot est également à 50m, ce qui est très pratique, compte tenu de la difficulté à se garer à Annecy ... Une expérience que nous recommandons.
