Idyllic location 300m from the old town and 200m from the lake!



Come and take advantage of this waterfront location to share an unforgettable stay between lake and city; its terrace overlooking the lake will seduce you.



In a magnificent 50 m2 apartment delivered in 2022 offering you a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room/kitchen and a terrace.



The old town of Annecy being a few minutes on foot or by bike, you will have all the necessary comfort during your stay here without having to take your car.





You have a garage available for 1 car as well as a bike room at your disposal.



Mandatory extras in addition to the rate/night are:

- cleaning (price per property) is included in the reservation automatically

- Bed linen and towels (NOT INCLUDED): 16.90 euros/person, to be paid before your arrival.



We want you to fully enjoy your vacation, for this between each traveler the cleaning and the beds are made.



Cleaning and linen rental are two mandatory extras:



Housekeeping includes:

- cleaning floors, surfaces and windows

- cleaning of the bathroom and toilets

- disinfection of the accommodation



Cleaning does not include:

- cleaning, drying and storage of dishes

Appartement neuf et bien situé

L’appartement est neuf , propre et tres bien aménagé d’un garage privé. Il est situé près de la plage des Matquisas et du centre touristique. une excellente boulangerie « ô bon pain » est juste à côté. En période estivale le bus est gratuit, il permet de se rendre aux différentes plages ou sur la montages du Semnoz
