「This was a lovely flat in a perfect location for strolling along Lake Annecy towards Old Town. The balcony looks out over a busy avenue but was a nice spot to enjoy breakfast. While on a busy street there was not a lot of street noise at night which was a plus. We were able to get a parking spot within the gated allotment for the building but there are several paid parking lots very close by if needed.」

「The location of this space was gold. A quiet little pocket just a very short stroll from old town and all its charm. I usually prefer a home with a proper space to sit outside with a cup of coffee or glass of wine, but my friend and I took to sitting on the front steps, which will long be remembered as a favorite part of our time. The neighborhood cat befriended us - and ‘protected’ us from additional cats, who tried to encroach on our territory and we even got to chat with our neighbors a bit....
