I wish they had let me know when I booked that there is no reception and checking in is virtual. I only found out when I arrived at the hotel. Property easy to find/park and get into They sent clear instructions of how to get in Room spacious and clean but the loo did have a mouldy water smell The only other issue was the room was freezing, there were two radiators but no thermostat. Shared kitchen was clean and well stocked
