“Overall very good, very good breakfast and service. It is a good hotel for an average price. But no air conditiong during summer time, room is very moist and smells of leather. Good Wi-fi too, and very comfortable. Surronding areas would be better in the winter time.”

“A big thank you to everyone at Alaia Lodge for such a warm welcome. We came here on a father/son golf trip we had wanted to do for many years and we chose to stay at Alaia because of its convenient walking distance to the golf course, and it proved to be a wonderful choice. We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful town, surrounded by lovely scenery. We only wish we had more time to explore the area and take in more of its beauty!
Everyone at Alaia was so friendly and welcoming and this was……

“Our stay at the hotel in Zermatt was nothing short of perfection, far exceeding our five-star expectations. From the moment we checked in, the hospitality was warm and attentive, but the true highlight was receiving an unexpected complimentary upgrade to an even more luxurious room. Opening the curtains to the majestic, breathtaking view of the Matterhorn left us utterly spellbound—a serene, soul-stirring sight that made our mornings unforgettable. Every single detail of the experience was pure……

“Talk about 5-8 mins walk from station, but not really quiet at night, many ppl shouting outside. Also, I don’t understand why Swiss breakfast cost expensive but only provide ham, bread and coffee…….no heat food can eat in winter, a little bit disappointed!”
