"We’ve enjoyed our stay a lot in Cipières. Cozy evenings in front of the fire reading a book, instead of watching TV, comfortable bed, the kitchen is equipped with the most important stuff, friendly owner as all the people in the village, there wasn’t anything we would miss."

"This is a great hotel in a beautiful location. The apartment was big and well equipped. The receptionist and the manager were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a problem with train reservations. They helped and did not give up until it was sorted."

"This charming house has good kitchen facilities - ideal for those who love to cook and enjoy good food. The location is very quiet and excellent for recharging the batteries and switching off from business. The sleep quality is also incredibly good. The bed is very comfortable and large. We recovered excellently within a very short time in the midst of the beautiful mountain landscape and the crystal clear air. We will definitely be back."

"The house is an ideal place to stay with a group of friends/families. There is a lot of space, all the facilities are there and in great condition. The location and surroundings are both beautiful and peaceful and the view is absolutely stunning as well. Comfortable beds, a refreshing pool and a well-equiped kitchen. Moreover, it takes about a 5minute-drive to the nearest town which is cozy and where typical french shops and restaurants can be found. Other (bigger) cities like Cannes, Grass,...

"We spent a pleasant week here in April with our three young children (5, 3 and 7 months) and our friends with their infants. The accommodation was flexible enough for all our different sleeping requirements and the garden was perfect for the children (secure and with play equipment). The kitchen was well equipped and the fridge/freezer and cupboards had plenty of room for all our food for the week. A great family home stay."

"In a lovely old building but with recently renovated and simply but nicely decorated rooms, including a very nice modern bathroom with a large shower. On the town square of a gem of a Provencal town. Pleasant staff. Restaurant looked good but was closing when we arrived so we ate across the square at one of the many restaurants available. Rooms are not air conditioned but in mid-June sleeping with the window open was just fine. The Hotel du Levant is incredible value for money. "

"We stayed two nights to see the gorges. It was wonderful. The facility is lovely….well laid out….great hot tub/pool….and the view from our room was beautiful. The Gorges du Verdon is a gem…..be sure to drive the loop and then the long way round….stunning."

"Wir waren von unserem Aufenthalt hier sehr enttäuscht. Das Personal war unhöflich und nicht einladend und antwortete auch nicht auf unsere Nachrichten. Das Zimmer war ok, aber nicht besonders sauber und nachts wurde lange Zeit laute Musik gespielt, während wir versuchten, unsere Kinder zum Schlafen zu bringen. Wir fühlten uns hier sehr unwohl. Castellène selbst war jedoch eine wunderschöne Gegend und ein schönes Dorf für einen Besuch."
